The experience was very uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. The host interaction was awkward and cold. We greeted them politely, asked how they were doing, and instead of responding, they just stared at us in silence for a few seconds. The only thing they said after that was “just you two?” even though there was clearly no one else behind us. They turned around without explanation and only told us to follow them once they were already walking away. We were seated in a very dry, rushed way, menus dropped on the table, and no further interaction.
Unfortunately, the service didn’t improve. The server approached the table with a very dismissive attitude, speaking in monosyllables, shrugging, and leaning on the table while taking our order. There was zero warmth or effort to make us feel welcome. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially considering the friendly service described in other reviews. Whatever the reason, that level of service completely took away from the experience.
As for the food, it was just as disappointing. We ordered the same burger, but the bill showed “Add Veg Patty,” which we never requested. The patty didn’t taste like beef at all, it was dry, bland, and honestly tasted like cardboard. The burger we received didn’t resemble the photos shown in reviews, which made the whole situation even more confusing. If there was a mix-up or substitution, it was never explained.
Overall, between the poor service and the food quality, this was a very negative experience and not a place I would personally return to.

Always a solid spot to watch football and have yummy snacks. We always get a half order of nachos, this time with al pastor (bring back the carnitas please!!). Best nachos in the world hands down. Wings never disappoint. Honey sriracha and buffalo are the winners for sauce. Loved the frozen huckleberry sipper but we miss the poblano passion!! Service is always superb

First time at this bar. It was a great time. I’ve stayed in Avon for three years and first time here. Wish we would have found this place earlier. We weren’t even planning on coming here. We went to the Cristy sports bus. Stop to go downtown Beavercreek. But We just missed the shuttle and it was gonna be another 30 minutes. So we decided to stop in here for one quick beer Liz was our bartender 4 1/2 hours later, we are still here Who does great atmosphere was great and service was fantastic Liz was awesome, but the entire staff was fantastic Just thought you guys should hear that. Thank you for a great time.

Liz was amazing and literally made us feel like family! We are drinkers at heart but have four children 5 and under so you know how that can go. She went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience! We are visiting from Nashville, TN and look forwards to coming back again for more $3 pints! Love this local restaurant and bar in Avon. Gina, the bartender, makes great drinks and the choices of beer are fabulous. Definitely should try the Stiegel and Peroni. She’s very friendly. The best is that she recognized us when we returned for drinks and food the following day.
Leo, a waiter who’s from Valparaiso Chile, is attentive, friendly, and personable. He checked with us on a frequent basis and made sure we are happy with the food, drinks, and his services. We enjoyed chatting with him and knowing his travels, background and family.
This is definitely a hidden jewel in the greater Vail area. The food is surprisingly very good. The drinks are awesome. The great people who work there are just simply good people who we enjoyed talking to.
Make sure you hang out in this place. You won’t walk out feeling broke.

My server was super nice and friendly. Made great recommendations. She suggested the burgers over the philly so I ordered a single with American and grilled onions with tots. Service was prompt and everything was super fresh and hot. Veg on the burger was peak of fresheners. You could tell the team in the kitchen cared about what was coming out. The burger to me tasted like a refined single from smash burger but the bun was perfectly soft and had great taste and texture. I wished I’d ordered the double! The tots were fresh from the fryer and crisp, not overcooked and most importantly not oversalted or some other house seasoning! They were also perfect. Food wise it was a great experience. For the atmosphere, I was fascinated by the size of the bar selection. Then they were playing reggae which I have no problem with, but it just felt off with the atmosphere. It wasn’t unpleasant but it felt like someone was building out this big saloon style western theme with dark beautiful wood and clearly a culture palate for alcohol then said “let’s jam some island tunes on the overheads nectar it reminds me of snorkeling in Jamaica man.” It’s incongruent. It wouldn’t stop me from going back, but playing reggae music in a place like this just feels passe in my opinion. I don’t know what I’d pick but it wouldn’t be that. I’d probably pick classic rock with some country mixed in. Maybe the target demographic packs the place during the ski season? It’s a cool place and I’d go back but be ready for some steel drums

The food is so good! We had burgers and the green chili mac and could not get enough. The truffle fries are also a solid choice. Very pleased with everything we tried. Portions are nice size and the atmosphere is great.

Had a good happy hour burger and Frito pie for a late lunch. Burger was good, Frito pie I felt compelled to order since you hardly ever see it anymore. Main dining area is under renovations or something but upper tables and patio were open.
