The customer service employees lack the ability to provide customer service and are completely incompetent. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry my entire life and I’ve never seen anything like it. They serve multiple orders of fries and salads with no ketchups or dressings. When you order online don’t bother typing in modifications they don’t read any of them it also looks like half my dinner got eaten.

We stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings in Concord, NH while passing through, and it was honestly one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had.
We waited about 20 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, it was cold. Not just slightly warm, but cold. The quality overall was poor and not what you expect when you’re paying full price.
The hostess also forgot the extra order of fries I paid for, and our order didn’t include utensils or napkins. When I went back inside to fix it, there were several staff members standing around, but no one seemed to know what was going on. Multiple customers were waiting, and the whole place felt completely disorganized.
I’ve never felt ripped off for $50 like this before. For that amount of money, you expect hot food and basic order accuracy.
This was my only experience here, and unfortunately it’s enough that I wouldn’t stop again. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend choosing somewhere else.

In the search for the best chicken tenders in Concord we had to visit buffalo wild wings. I’d say we didn’t find them here. They aren’t the best, but definitely not the worst. Probably what you would expect from a chain? Service was ok. Wasn’t busy when we visited. A bunch of tables that needed bussing were around . maybe they are short-staffed right now. Your experience may be different.
If you want to watch sports and have a drink with chicken and burgers, this is probably the place for you.
They have tons of sauces but with 6 tenders you get one. You’ll have to buy 10 or more for additional sauces.
Seems like the takeout is most popular! Very busy there.

It’s about what you’d expect for a BWW, decent food, a ton of screens, and cold drinks. The only thing that surprised me was how good the cauliflower wings were. We tried those, along with traditional wings and various other appetizers, and they were the standout item. It’s a great spot to watch sports and munch.

Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Took twenty minutes and asking the bartender where the waiter was before someone even came to get our drink orders, keeping in mind we were one of FIVE tables in the whole restaurant. Laziest waitresses I’ve ever seen. Sitting around doing absolutely nothing but flirting with customers. Food took FOREVER to come out. The service from the bartender was great though. He was very polite and obviously cared about our table. I hope that those other lazy waitresses get fired after this absurd behavior.

Great food, best burger on the planet, fries are crispy and the wings were good per usual. We bought queso as an appetizer but it was not delivered until all of our food arrived. We had to remind our server. She did comp the queso. Also, very slow on refills. Server was very pleasant, personable.

Great food and good service with lots of Boston sports memorabilia to look at while enjoying chicken wings. Also trivia running throughout the whole time on the televisions

The food was great as well as service. We were here on a rainy Sunday, so not very busy. Great atmosphere. Wings are a bit pricey, but it is to be expected.
Would stick to the beer as they make very weak drinks(bloody mary)

would leave 0 if i could, every time i get takeout there are things missing, the people at the takeout counter are rude, employees can’t be bothered to add more than a teaspoon of ranch to the cups, it honestly just gets worse every time we try it

We paid $120 with tip for four of us to suffer through what essentially were Tyson chicken nuggets slathered in sauce. Nothing special and nothing enjoyable. Had it not been for the onion rings and mozzarella sticks, we would have starved. Not somewhere I need to go to, ever again.
Thanks for the email BW3 customer service and the offer for a free entrée using points. I won’t be back to BW3s so send my points to someone else.
