Disappointed sloppy pizza. It was made quick with an online order. You would expect what you ordered a 1/2×1/2 but you get 1/3×1/3×1/3 mess with toppings falling off. We have had better pizza from other Barros before.

We tried it for the first time, excellent pizza, and affordable prices. Plus the cut it into 16 slices so I can eat four slices and not feel guilty. It is a really great value, the taste is great and we will be going back. It was ready from phone order in about fifteen minutes, so very fast as well!!

The cashiers need to be more welcoming and have a smile on them while they work. It seemed like they all didn’t want to be there for some reason. Also, 25 minutes is what I was told it would be for my two pizzas it took 40 minutes for it to come out. It wasn’t busy whatsoever.

We ordered while visiting from Denver. I must admit, the pizza is super delicious. Our family suggested Barro’s pizza to us. Extremely tasty. Served hot to go. Quick and easy . Great customer service.

Ordered pizzas and wings on halloween, had trouble with online system so put requests in comments and hoped for the best. Caleb called me to confirm what we wanted and I missed the call. I called back a couple minutes later. They had made the pizza how the system made me put it in which was only half right. Without any hesitation he said he’d make us an additional pizza. I offered to pay for it and he said no it was all ok. We come to this location a couple times a month and spend about 80 everytime. And because of Caleb and his amazing service will continue to visit this location over others. Thank you so much!

The only good think I can say about this location is the food. The young kids working the counter lack customer service. I placed my order at 4:12 and it’s now 4:43. It irrited me seeing the employees calling customer after customer and giving away food but yet NOT ONE SINGLE employee looked to turn and ask me “have you been helped, or are you waiting on something. I don’t know how they couldn’t hear my son asking me where our food was and me telling him I’m sure it’ll be done they’ll call me when it’s ready. I had to go to the counter and ask for my food and little do you know I didn’t have to wait my order was already READY and yet there I was in the lobby waiting. I would suggest at the next employee meeting customer service is brought up and how to effectively execute it.

I usually try to be patient with delivery, but this was way too much. I was told the pizza would arrive in about an hour, and it ended up taking over two hours. No updates, no heads-up—just waiting.
When the food finally showed up, it honestly wasn’t worth the wait. The pizza had almost no flavor, and the wings were just as bad—bland and tasted off. The buffalo sauce was especially disappointing: no heat, no tang, no flavor at all.
