I bought two 10 piece nuggets, small fry, 4 piece nugget and the baconator fries. First let me say the nuggets were raw in the middle, the fries were so white it looked like they had fried them in bleaching cream, the baconator fries were soggy and to add the bacon was raw as well, with whole long pieces of bacon on it. When I called, the employee responded “we cooked all your food fresh”. Just because you cooked it fresh doesn’t mean mean you cooked it all the way through. They did nothing about the situation nor even tried to fix the situation. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. Negative 0 if you ask me.

My only complaint is that the guy who helped us tonight did not have a name tag and I didn’t ask his name. He was extremely sweet and friendly/helpful. I messed up trying to put our order on the kiosk and he was over in a half a second to take it for us. Asked all the questions and was just super courteous (have a good night, sorry, excuse me etc) just a great human being which is lost in a lot of service workers. Food came hot and fast too!

The food was slappin’, restaurant clean, vibe chill. Ketchup pumps were out and the nice young man behind the counter gave us some packets. Much better experience than the Wendy’s on Jefferson.

Today was the last straw for me. Not only are they rude but they can’t get orders right. Today November 7th around 12:25 pm the girl taking orders in the drive through already sound like she didn’t want to be there the way she talking. How hard is it to get the $5 bag accurate. Didn’t get the sauce I asked for and didn’t get a jr bacon cheeseburger. There was an older lady at the window who was nice and sometimes it’s a heavy set black guy at the window that’s nice but all the other younger people need to dismiss the attitudes. If you don’t want to work then go home because without customers you’re not needed.

If no one says thank yall. Thank you. I went in there and watched a customer be literally rude to them in the drive thru but their service remained consistent. They are a very busy establishment and I applaud them for staying consistent and patient. Will revisit soon. Great job guys

Reviews were right. This Wendy’s is VERY stingy with the fries. My large barely had any peeking about the cut down portion of the front. Rude service. Not busy at all, but still wanted me to pull to the mobile spot because everyone behind the counter was on their phones. Now I sound like an old person, thanks kids.
