I placed a mobile order for a burrito bowl, after picking up my item, I notice a dead mosquito smashed to the lid of my container as well as I was missing a few toppings in my burrito bowl. I went back to the restaurant and informed the associate that it was a dead bug smashed to the lid of the container. He then offered to re make my bowl for me, which I agreed. Once I began to eat my food, I noticed that the toppings I was missing originally, were placed on top of my bowl. As well as there was another sort of bug in my food! I’m EXTREMELY disgusted! I do NOT believe the gentleman re made my bowl like he said, I believe that he added the topping I was missing to the original bowl I gave back, and only changed the lid. I will NOT be eating at this location ever again! If you do happen to eat here, thoroughly check your food because they obviously don’t!

I only ate at Chipotle once around 8 yrs ago. Just went to this one yesterday. It was disgusting! The food was horrible! I don’t see what the hype is. I ate 1/4 of a bowl and threw the rest away. What a waste of $11. I will never go to a Chipotle again. It was flavorless.

Avay, the manager, was rude and dismissive towards my concerns about hair in my food. The previous manager, Xay, was always caught flirting with the younger girl employees. Reported this to higher management, and nothing got resolved. The food was burned or cold. The teen employees were rude and had an attitude. No accountability whatsoever, and the environment reflects that. DON’T EAT HERE!

Came in late last night for a chicken bowl. Natalie went above and beyond to explain the options and had an incredible disposition despite it being late and near the end of their work day. People like that just lift up everyone else around them. Again, despite it being late, the food displayed very well and was fresh. Heck, even the guacamole looked fresh……not something you’d expect to see late at night. I got my order to go and it tasted as good as it looked. I usually go to the Crown Point location as its closer for me. Moving forward, I’ll make the drive to Merrillville. Thanks again Natalie!

THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT OF CHIPOTLE I EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. It took 15 mins for one person to assist me at the pickup online window. And when they finally helped me they tried to hand me the wrong person food and when they finally gave me the right one my food was BRICK COLD! And it tastes horrible! Doesn’t taste fresh at all and the bowl wasnt even full. I will never in my life go to this Chipotle again. It was a first and a last time experience.

Often missing some of the side sauce, especially if salad ordered. They say thr don’t got the dressing ordered only when asked about it. Had ordered a burrito and paid the extra for queso and it wasn’t included in order on side. Half the time they hand me the food at the pick up window and walk off, then I gotta wait how ever long to get the ordered drinks they forgot.

A young lady I think her name was Aisa took care of my food this morning made my meal while making sure no cross contamination from sauces got into my food. She greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was, she even let me taste test the sofritas. 10/10 recommend.

Don’t go to this Chipotle. My husband and I went in for a bowl and tacos. $42 dollars for cold food and nowhere in site any type of good costumer service. The short Hispanic manager guy didn’t apologize or even say a word when he refunded us for the tacos. There was no ice in their machine and everyone that worked there looked like they hated their job.

Had an online order messed up. Had a double chicken bowl and was served without chicken and without fajita vegetables. Had them remake it and then checked one more time and it was messed up again this time still without the fajita vegetables, no extra cheese, both times no napkins or utensils. Not sure how you can mess up an order twice when the instructions are right in front of you

Be prepared to wait if ordering through their mobile app. The designated time for pick up was inaccurate showing the whole time that they were preparing my order, upon arrival my order was nowhere close to being made.
