The food was good, and it was made in a timely manner. But I have to give it a two star rating becaise of the state of the lobby. EXtremely messy! All of the trash cans were overflowing to the point where people were stacking things on top or just leaving it on the tables because there was no where to empty the trays and trash, and bits of trash were getting spread throughout the lobby floor. The staff seemed extremely disorganized, and when the staff (and later the general manager) was told that the trash was overflowing they did nothing. We were in the restaurant for thirty minutes, and it was NOT overly busy.

When I arrived for breakfast this morning, they stated that they are out of an essential item That is sold every day with every breakfast. Then when I ask why it isn’t pulled off the menu or temporarily marked unavailable, she says we don’t have the ability to do that even though you have electronic menus? Honestly.. I left a great review for the Broadway McDonald’s…. then i Came here and my review is absolutely opposite… I ordered a 6 piece nugget and per the usual they only give 4 in it .. almost like we won’t notice ? But also to make the night they forgot all my sauces also. Very disappointed. Maybe Broadway employees need to come do some training at this store? Just a suggestion.

Soo, my breakfast hash brown was contaminated with fries? I also ordered cheese on my sausage McGriddle and didn’t get it. My friend ordered a big Mack meal, and didn’t receive her fries. What is with this terrible service?? Can’t yall do your jobs and just put the fries in the bag??

I made an order on the self serve kiosk, I double checked the receipt and we input the order correctly. 2 of the hamburgers were wrong. And the bigmack came with a 15-inch long hair. We got the order to go, so we catch the issues until we got home. I tried calling the store but the call wouldn’t go through or it would get hung up.

What a joke Doris says lobbies open till 2 AM, but the doors are locked at midnight. Only we have one person working in the drive-through who very obviously couldn’t care less multiple cars waiting for their order, but they can take the time to sit there and talk to their friends who come through the drive-thru on bikes. Finally get up to the window and can see multiple water sitting there, but the cashier is far too busy restocking cups into the machine to even notice.. spent over a half an hour in line when they’re on the way four cars in front of me obviously a completely dysfunctional restaurant and the worst McDonald’s in the area by far

Great staff serving prompt and perfectly made fast food. I recommend this location. Young man with the big flowing curly hair has a fantastic personality . Sheena inside on the drive thru is very efficient and fantastic with customers like me. And even the manager with the blonde hair was all smiles. I’m lMc lovin’ it!

So I went back to the same location and Sheena and Andrea were super nice and accommodating made my morning they are fantastic employees and very personable this is a great location they went above and beyond their job descriptions and went out of the way to make my day. McLovin it
