I am a regular visitor of this sonic. For the last couple months, it is progressively gone downhill. The bays don’t work and you can’t order and the service is extremely slow. Today I sat in Bay one activated the red button, it told me it was activated and it never worked. I finally just ordered on my phone for pick up ASAP and it took 15 minutes before I finally just left after I checked in. I will not be coming back as it just keeps getting worse.

The chicken bites were hard as a rock. The cheeseburger was cold. The corn dog in wacky pack kids meal was burned and I ordered apple slices and got applesauce..Will never go back. I knew it took a while, takes time to burn everything.

I ordered 4 orders of mozzarella sticks in my order online as well as paying for 2 marinara sauces. I pulled up in a check in spot and checked in, when they brought us our food they forgot the sauce and I wasn’t able to grab anyone’s attention so I pulled into a spot and asked for it. The lady on the intercom was very dismissive and rude telling us to put it on the order next time even though we did. We waited 5 minutes with no one coming out and I clicked the button again, someone else answered but was already aware we were waiting because when I tried to politely explained we were still waiting on the sauce we paid for, he cut me off saying “yea yea” and ended the intercom. Someone did bring us the sauce but it was very rude and unprofessional and I’m very unhappy with the way we were treated

Made my dr pepper with vanilla, sweet cream and real cherries wrong … No vanilla or sweet cream in it, and forgot to bring my second order out. Had to red button them 10 minutes after waiting to get a dr pepper with no ice…..

Every time I come to this I’m disappointed. Typically I put in an online order for tots and French toast sticks and I never get the tots. Two times in a row that I have ordered and Izaiah brings it out there are no tots. He may not be the one bagging it, but whoever is definitely is slacking on getting all the food in the bag.
The only nice worker I have encountered here has been the older lady that works mornings.
Sad there hasn’t been any improvements in this place for the past 2 years I’ve been coming.

I just experienced some of the best customer service of my life here. Came in and orderd a few iced coffees, realized I had forgetten my card at home and they gave them to us for free.
I just found out Thursday I had a miscarriage with my second pregnancy and I just cried and cried because of how nice they are even when they don’t know what’s going on in your lives. Vicki was an angel, thank you sonic, you made my day so much brighter.
