Stopped by the drive-thru around 8:30 a.m. before Bible study to grab my son a breakfast sandwich. The morning crew was really nice and kind, which made the stop easy.
They didn’t have breakfast deals like some other spots do, and the options felt a bit limited, just a couple choices. My son said his sandwich was good, so that’s what mattered.
It was a quick, straightforward drive-thru experience with friendly service.
Not a critic, just sharing how it felt.

This Jack in the Box is great. It is junk food at its finest. They have burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches and shakes. Now, their shakes are great and just as good as any fine dinning place. Really. So get one. The rest of the food is great for what it is, fatting, fast food that is filling and yummy.

We usually do the drive thru, but we have eaten there and the place is clean and comfortable.

The service is very nice. They get your order right 90% of the time and that is great for a place that makes food fast and cheap. They make it to order. It is wonderful.

This time I had one of their tacos and it was good, but I prefer their “tiny tacos” which are just meat in a taco deep fried. They come in a little bag and they are great. their fries are good. Their burgers are tasty. I also tried for the first time their chicken sandwich. It was okay, but I was not in love. They give you a huge piece of fried chicken and for me it was just a little too big causing it to be a little tough.

We all had shakes and they are worth the money always.

If you want fancy food go elsewhere. If you won’t to blow your diet, but not your budget go here.

The lady at the drive through just now, 1-6-26 @ 6:29am was VERY rude. Could not understand my order that I get several times a week. Then she rolled her eyes at me because she couldn’t understand I want two coffees and one sandwhich, not two sandwhiches and two coffees. After that, she couldn’t understand “8 creamer and 8 sugar” in Spanish or English. Tried to give me 4 of each for a total of 8, then got upset again when corrected. Lastly, I was given no receipt for this transaction which would normally allow me to give a review with Jack in the box. She neglected to give me a receipt. This experience was wild. I’ll be stopping at another location on my 37 mile drive to work.

Messed up my order, which is fine it happens, but she still threw the messed up order into the trash. Just sucks cause it was the last of my money, and I still would have eaten the ones she threw away, but I wasn’t able to have it. So weird to be in a country where we throw away food the way we do with so many homeless around. She knew I paid my last $4 for this, just kinda sucks she couldn’t have a heart and let me have the messed up order.

Place is clean,service not good
The person who helped me was to distracted doing few things at the same time answered the phone and was taking my order not good by doing that doesn’t attend with attention neither one or the other
No thank you no here is your change just dropped it on counter and no thank you when given order speed might be good but service quality poor

Made an X-mas Eve order around 6 PM. Google and the app said the franchise was still open. I made my order and it went through and my credit card was charged. Upon arriving at the drive through I noticed it was blocked off. I got out of my car to enter manually and noticed 2 employees standing in the kitchen. The front door was locked. When I pushed the intercom to communicate, I mentioned my order. They told me they were closed and “didn’t do refunds for apps” and that I would “have to take care of that on my own through the app.” No other help, service, or general concern. While I understand employees working X-mas eve deserve to be off earlier and it’s a shame for them to have to work at all on such an important date–the level of service for my STILL being charged but not being able to be refunded (rather, being told I had to “deal with it on my own”) remains POOR. After time exploring HOW I might even receive a refund on my already charged card, I wrote Jack in the Box corporate customer service. They were kind and told me they would address the issue with the franchise. But a week or so after, I’m afraid I still have not heard back. As for the actual franchise, I have heard nothing. Those two night workers must have just assumed I would happily resolve my refund issue on my own.
