I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Farmer Boys. The zucchini was completely oversized and badly burnt, not crispy, just dark and bitter. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting in old oil way too long.
I also ordered the sourdough chicken avocado sandwich, and it was extremely underwhelming. The sandwich was small for the price, barely had any avocado, and the chicken portion felt scrimped. The sourdough itself was dry and didn’t taste fresh.
For what you pay here, I expect better quality and consistency. This visit definitely did not live up to the standard I’ve had before. I hope they improve, because this experience was not worth the money.
Its funny the owner posted a response to my poor experience and honestly, the response felt just as careless as the experience I had. It reads like a generic, copy and paste reply with no real thought behind it. If customer feedback actually matters, it should be acknowledged with more effort and attention than this.
A low-effort response to a detailed review only reinforces the impression that quality and care aren’t priorities. That’s disappointing. You will never have my business even you were the only food source within a 300 mile radius

I hate to leave negative reviews but on Thursday January 22 at about 9:05pm I ordered chili cheese fries and they were extremely cold. I could understand if either the fries or chilli are cold but both?? I’ve ordered them before and they’ve never been cold. I’m not sure what happened this time but I lost my appetite.

Showed up at 10:25pm and there was just something about the way the guy handed the salad over I knew, somehow, he had done something to it. 30 years of life I’ve never felt this way. Anyway, I didn’t pay attention to my gut feeling but sure enough it looks like he dropped the hard boiled egg on the floor and put it in the salad. Check my reviews out, I do not hate on establishments. Do yourself a favor, Do not trust this place. The egg pictured has a bunch of dirt/grime on it. It’s abrasive and nothing else on the salad looks touched except the egg.

Excellent food. Had the Chopped Cobb Salad and Chili Cheese Fries. Both were prepared well – fries were crispy and the chili was perfect. The salad is huge, and very fresh. The people are nice and the atmosphere is comfortable.

Slowest service of any of the local fastfood and restaurant chains. They mess up orders pretty consistently foods good though. Portions also suck you can tell when theyre running behind when you get 10 fries in the burger box.

Only crappy artificial creamer available for coffee. You would think since they have regular milk in a gallon they could just splash my coffee but no. Gotta buy milk. Farm fresh at this place is no existent also like the customer service at such a small request as a splash of milk. Not good. For $14 I can get better food elsewhere and next time I probably will. Also overcooked eggs. Supposed to be over easy…these arrived brown.

I was disappointed. I always get good food from FarmerBoys. Not today! It wasn’t busy at all. The inside was closed and they had tables outside but they where soooo dirty we had to ask for a disposable towel to clean it ourselves. They didn’t come to take care of it. The Chicken on the sandwich was dry and the bread had lots of butter making the bread saggy. Couldn’t even eat it.
