this is gotta be the worst McDonald’s in Arkansas. It took them 27 minutes with no customers in line to even help me. and then I was trying to show them my phone because I had a DoorDash order and she just kept saying she doesn’t have to look at my phone. and they just kept ignoring my questions and went to the back where you can’t see them. All i was doing was trying to figure out my door dash order, this place has terrible management. I asked for help multiple times and they just look at you and walk by nobody standing at the front counter.

First off stopped in there this morning to get a sausage egg and cheese combo nastiest place I’ve ever been and one of the cooks was in the back wiping blister cream on his lips with no gloves where they’re making food beware if you read this if you value your health eat somewhere else. Please don’t get ripped off! I just bought a chicken Big Mac meal from this location. Not only did it take 20 minutes to take my order, but once I git my food, the sandwich was so tough it was like chewing on a brick. Not even edible. The fries were also soggy. I don’t know what happened to this McDonald’s location, but it is an embarrassment to the brand. Please avoid so you don’t get sick. There was also a roach in the box that the sandwich was in. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. This place is disgusting and trifling!!! Workers smoking outside infront of the building which is very unprofessional and the bathrooms oh my GOSH don’t let me get started…. The trash cans are disgustingly and the toilets oh my I couldn’t use properly use the restroom because of how unsanitary it was in there!!!! Late night order. They definitely seemed understaffed and rushing around. The food was McDonald’s quality. Wish McDonald’s did better overall. Stingy on sauces. Ordered a Togo mcflurry and got one that was half the size of what ive gotten in the past.

No napkins. None of the Kiosks were working. Missing a sandwich when we picked up our order. The employees are more worried about what’s going on with their phone then actually working. Don’t recommend this MCD. Very disappointing.

Picture provided, fish sandwich this is how sandwich should look. Not everything off centered. The fIrst one i received looks like someone threw it together. I sent it back, I showed it to servicer person look it’s not center. So I got a corrected one or either they pushed it together to make it look right. WHY CAN’T THEY DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. It only takes a second or 2 to fix it right.
