Came through and ordered 2 mchickens which happen to be SO SO GOOD and made absolutely perfect. I have never had a mcchicken taste this good or be this fresh EVER. and when I went to pay I forgot to ask for fries and was given a free one aswell. Ordered a mobile order through the app. Got there and enter the parking spot number. There was like 3 other cars. They couldn’t figure out who was who so they were calling out the names on the order and go to what ever car responded. Got my food and went home. I payed for a large. The drive through had a long line. They were only accepting cash. I guess the system for cards was down. The fries were cold. This wasn’t Norfork this location. The fries are always hot when I stop there.

This is seriously a place to avoid. They made me park for 30 minutes and they still kept most of my food. I’m in a wheelchair and don’t get out much. It would be nice if there was something worth eating in Lincoln. This place is still worth avoiding. If you have issues they refer you to a national website. No place worth eating.

Had to sit in line for 30min that’s not acceptable and still did not get what I wanted we ordered a grinch meal ran out of salt and then we wanted the big Mac one ran out of big Mac sauce that’s just like how do you run out of big Mac sauce if you come to Lynn lock McDonald’s be sure to ask them if they have the ingredients because every morning they machine is down for frappe this McDonald’s is horrible. They need to make sure that they have the ingredients because they have a lot of people that want these things.

Worst customer service I have recieved here ever! They act so rude towards the paying customer! Ask them to repeat the order back to you and they act like it’s a problem, when you tell them they are speaking too fast could you repeat one more time they really start treating you like your a problem! When I get to the first window to pay I ask again to repeat the order then they start laughing, I am just really disappointed that this is the service you get when you are a paying customer! Also in the end my order was wrong anyway!

Absolute disgrace everyone here has an attitude every time I come, and you would think for us as slow as they are. The food would come out hot and fresh and it never is. This place was repulsive. Ants covered the toilets. We took a number but no food would be delivered. My spicy chicken sandwich had no spicy sauce. And the chicken patty was hollow. Stay away!
