The lady at the drive through was very pleasant. The food however was nothing like the pictures advertised. My husband got a sandwich missing avocado and mine was missing chicken, both were very thin with barely any content. Basically bread on bread.

Ordered thru the drive thru, they look stressed out and mad, they were not rude, but weren’t super friendly either. This is the sandwich I got that look like the bread was missing pieces on both sides. No quality control whatsoever. Disappointed, last couple of visits had been the same. Not going back, I will just buy the soup at the supermarket.

I ordered a mobile pick up order for a you pick two and the half sandwich that was prepared was so small, I couldn’t believe it. The sandwich in my hand is hardly filled. It’s also almost the same size as the free bread they give as a side for an order. This should not be an acceptable standard, especially for these prices.

Just go to the one on Daniels Parkway. The sandwiches here are so small, that it’s not worth the $7-$10 price. And they keep getting smaller with less meat. It’s been bad for a while, so maybe what they need is nee management. Because the sandwich have the same quality of a McDonald’s meal. Multiple times I have to go back to get my order fixed because it’s either missing something, or is just very small amount of meat.

For the past 3 months, I have been ordering a large caramel latte about twice a week. That means around 24 times. Unfortunately, almost every time I receive what appears to be a smaller size, even though I pay for a large.
This has happened repeatedly, and I feel like I have been overpaying for months. Yesterday it happened again. Today I mentioned it, and they replaced the drink, but this should not be an ongoing issue.
Customers should receive exactly what they pay for. I hope management will address this problem seriously.
Would you be willing to refund the price difference for the times I was charged for a large but received a smaller size?

This place should be shut down. The place feels worn out and dirty. The tables were dirty, the tea was empty. The whole atmosphere was like a dirty stairway in a parking garage. I never go, but I had a sandwich at work from Panera and wanted to give it a go. The people working there I guess are a sign of the times… girl took my order has more silverware on her face then the kitchen. Several employees had hair going every which way with zero containment or hair nets. In today’s world unfortunately it’s considered racist to ask a person of color to have any normal hygiene standards. I saw mishandling of food and inappropriate conversations between employees. They have ZERO issues with be very loud. I can state without a doubt. I will never waste $24 again at this Panera.
