We went early on a Saturday night for my wife’s birthday dinner. For an amazing experience reserve The Vault. It is their wine room and has one single table in there. You have access to your own person iPad for any music you wish. Our waitress, Izzy, was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive. The food is plentiful and delicious. I had a 65 day dry aged Porterhouse and it was so good. I highly recommend Corndance!!!

Harrison our server was GREAT!
Friendly and very informative.
We had the AMAZING SWORD OF ADAMS ️ AND ELOTES. our daughter and son in law got the Meatloaf. Soooo good.
Grandkids LOVED there very affordable and large portions of Marinara pasta and Alfredo Pasta. She said it was the BEST she has had.

In town for work. NEVER been here. Sat at the bar and ordered a beer , Izzy asked if I wanted to try it to be sure- absolutely, I ended up not liking the beer and ordered one that I did like. Just to have the option is great! I ordered an old fashioned as well- it was top notch! In a world that seems to be saturated with bourbon, she used a bourbon I have never had and it turned out great!
Ordered a fillet, with a ceaser salad and mushrooms and onions.
I had no idea this place was farm to table until Izzy told me, which makes this place even cooler in my books. I just wish I would have found this place sooner in my work endeavor. The mushrooms and onions came like I have never had- perfectly caramelized, soaking in a bowl of its own house made sauce! The house made ceaser dressing beats most Ive had.
Steak was perfectly cooked to a medium with a crunchy meaty crust! Izzy told me the history of the establishment and explained the dry aging cooler. I ordered the red velvet cheesecake for dessert and it was great. Ive NEVER had red velvet cheesecake, normal red velvet cake is my favorite. It was served with vanilla house made gelatto! Definitely a great combo.
Over all a great experience and will be back the following week for dinner!

If service were a steak, Harrison would be prime rib. First time here and I was ready to play it safe—but Harrison came in hotter than a cast-iron skillet. He didn’t just recommend menu items—he pitched them like a man with stock in the meat market. He even dropped knowledge about the history of the place like a well-seasoned tour guide with a spatula. You can tell he loves what he does—this guy serves charm with a side of steak. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a very full belly! Definitely try this place out!

My friend and I just had dinner here to celebrate my birthday! Wow! What a truly wonderful experience! Our server Justin was exceptional! He and his brother have waited on me before at other times, and in another restaurant, and I was so glad to see them, and especially to find them here. You guys are a Dynamic Serving Duo! With all the terrific choices on the menu, and specials, I opted for the Caesar salad and the New York strip, along with some potato skins on the side. Everything was fabulous! Thank you, Justin, the Chef, and kitchen staff for an Awesome birthday dinner!

Privately rented room for rehearsal dinner of 31. Staff were extremely accommodating, appetizers were fabulous (wish I had taken a pic), dinner was delectable and desserts were fabulous! The two servers were spot on and no one wanted for anything!

I thought I posted already but it was so dang good, I will do again to be safe. Highly recommended placed . Book reservation online for our 25th Anniversary. Top to bottom great service. Cocktails were delicious. Amazing list of bourbons and whiskeys. Margarita was spot on. Wife got a delicious steak. It was tender and flavorful. I opted for the Sword of John Adams and it didn’t disappoint. That wedge salad is amazing. Mac and cheese, yum. All the meats were seasoned and cooked well. The presentation was awesome. We will be back. Want an extra aged steak!!
