The food was great although my salmon was super small. The waitress did a great job yesterday although she was the only one handling many tables. We always have a good experience with good food at Friday’s. We will definitely return. It’s funny because we went just because Friday’s has always been good for us in the past but it ended up being a romantic lunch. The waitress/host sat us away from Everyone and the mood was wonderful because of the lighting. I also like how clean it was. The music was also nice because they played a bit of neo-soul which was different from our previous experiences at Friday’s. All in all, perfect place to go for lunch if in town. Clean, good service, good music and great vibes.

My wife had never been to a TGIF so we stopped for lunch. I had the full rack of ribs, delicious! Even though I didn’t care for the mash potatoes that came with them. The mash potatoes were not made from fresh potatoes. It seemed like they had just made them from a box. I also had the macaroni and cheese. Also looked and tasted from a box.
My wife had the salmon which was a very small portion. It was good but very small. That’s her favorite and her go to meal so we know that was a small portion.
My nice has the Cajun shrimp pasta . She loved it and her meal was pretty hefty.
One thing that I didn’t like was that we got plastic utensils in a bag like the kind you get from a food truck. Not that I don’t like food truck. But our meal with drinks came down to $89 in a nice restaurant. Wish they would give us real silverware.
The service was ok. Our server was covering a very large area and she was trying to be attentive but she had the bar and 3 tables.
So, our entree was good but when you ad on all the little bad things on a good franchise restaurant the rating drops to ⭐️⭐️⭐️s.

So after seeing that the company is closing store. I decided to pay them a visit. The service was ok. The food was ok, no real flavor. The meat balls was not bad. My ribs were freezer burn. The Manger was very nice. She took care of the problem by giving me more meat balls and once again the meat balls taste pretty good. Hold fast got the check was charged for the meat balls. I thought she was showing good customer service. I was being nice. I didn’t say anything about having to send my dirty glass back for new one.

I don’t understand why every time I order in person or via DoorDash, and order the potato skins, they never put the green onions. I was told by the server that the “cooks do not like to add them”. If that’s the case then why is it an option as a topping…literally just potatoes and cheese…

Not busy 5 pm on a Wednesday. Chicken dry and over cooked. Fried shrimp breading very salty and I’m the guy that salts everything. Fries are old and cold. Our server was very nice and took care of us the best she could. She didn’t cook it!

I had a craving for chicken tenders so I ordered some through Uber Eats. Not only did it take them over an hour to cook the food, when it arrived, it was cold and I had to air fry my food.. but what the HELL is this. These are nuggets. I got 4 tiny pieces of chicken.

If could give no stars I would! Terrible food, service even worse. Waitress didn’t come back to check in to give refills or make sure food was okay. Took 12 min just to get a soda..yes, I timed it after waiting several moments. Waitress dropped food off and didnt come back until time for the bill. Then she kept coming past to see if we were ready to pay…..yet she didnt check in or see if anything was needed. Didnt even offer dessert. Kept rushing for check!! There were only 3 tables in the entire dining area including mine. This location has declined! Go somewhere else to eat. It’s a waste!

I placed a delivery order & when my food arrived there were no mashed potatoes included with my meal. I tried calling the store more than 5 times & even had customer support transfer me to them TWICE. The 2 times customer support transferred me someone answered the phone & hung up. This is ridiculous, we order to receive what we paid for, not for terrible service & a portion of what we paid for

The last four times I’ve gone to this restaurant the service at the bar was Top Notch the food was garbage the manager always comes out and says they’re going to make it right they’re going to talk to the cooks but nothing has changed I do not recommend this restaurant unless you’re going to go to the bar and get a drink the bar manager and one of the bartenders that’s a female are awesome. When things went wrong they showed they cared and did their best ability to fix it but some things were Beyond what they could do this store is not a Fridays you want to go to to experience the normal standards of TGI Friday.
By the way I ordered the wings the Boneless and the traditional. The boneless wings came out petrified they were hard as a rock the traditional wings the tips when I picked them up was very cold but the meat itself was warm but yet hard tough chewy as if they tried to warm up the wings from yesterday.
