Went thru drive thru at Dexter, Mo Burger King did not receive all of my food I ordered I hate that you have to either go in or back thru to get what you pay for. I wish they could get it right so I would only have to go thru one time. And don’t order the bacon egg croissant it’s super flat and small not worth the money.

The older day manager seems a little hard to work for just on the standi g of how she talks to the employees my order is very rarley correct and most times has to be took back more then once. I had to take mozzarella sticks back three times bc they was cooked so long there was absolutely no cheese in any of them. My mother is deathly allergic to tomatoes and always lets them know no ketchup 99% of the time it is smothered in it.

Be careful with the lady at the window that is handling your money. Not the older one but the younger one. Make sure she gives you a receipt because she will tip herself. I went up there and had a mobile order and I ordered for my disabled client and she stole some of his money and purposely didn’t give me his receipt. Mine was on my bag but they only put a sticker on his. I had to drive 22 minutes due to all this and still ended up just giving the rest of the money to him that she kept. I got the receipt turns out she lied about the amount that was given to her on the receipt. Pathetic.

It was fine. The food was Burger King quality, as expected. It was goid. I was disappointed, however, this location was not serving the “Halloween Whopper(I’ve forgotten what it was called). I had wanted to try it.

Let me tell you….I eat at this place every other day. They should really get tired of seeing my face. The Burger King in Dexter Missouri is the only Burger King I like. The food is always fresh in the staff are super friendly! What great customer service!

Its Burger King. 9am. Reasturant was clean. Service was friendly enough. They weren’t real busy but after ordering they gave us a number to put on the table, they brought our food out when it was ready. Food was as expected, had Burger King taste.

For over two decades, I have been loyal to the Burger King brand — but after these past few years, I can no longer say anything positive about your products or service.

Years of bad service, terrible food quality, and frankly just utter B.S. (no sugarcoating) have left me frustrated and disillusioned. At this point, I only visit Burger King when I’m away from home, because the ownership of the franchise in Southeast Missouri — run by Midamerica Hotels Corporation — has turned the experience into corporate trash.

Just recently, while visiting family in Connecticut, I decided to indulge in a flame-broiled burger meal. I expected it to cost nearly $20, but to my surprise, it was just $12 — and it was perfection. Only a week earlier, back home in Missouri, I bought a Whopper Jr. and was shocked to pay over $4 for it — which is outrageous. A sweet tea at my local store runs over $3, for a drink I’m convinced is watered down or altered. Meanwhile, in Connecticut, I paid anywhere from $1.09 to $2.14 even in malls or tourist areas.

So tell me, Midamerica Hotels Corporation: Why are you ripping off your customer base in a region where the average income is over 30% less than the state I’m comparing you to? I’ve learned from experience that calling corporate gets me nowhere but a hollow $5 coupon and tired excuses like “those decisions are up to store owners” or “all offers are subject to availability.”

Frankly, this isn’t about a coupon. This is about respect for your loyal customers, consistent pricing, and delivering the quality your brand promises. Until you fix this mess, you’ve lost my business at home — and judging by the local chatter, I’m not the only one.

Do better, or keep watching your loyal base walk away.
