I ordered a bowl and knew the bag felt light. It’s this type of BS that just makes me want to do away with fast food period. First off it’s not fast and you still get BS service rice all rocked up got a pinch of everything I asked for and it darn sho ain’t no extra protein nowhere on this plate I’m highly pissed. This supposed to extra meet that’s all the meat on the plate, this is by far the worst bowl I’ve ever received mode you I haven’t even ate any of it smh

I had an exceptional experience at Chipotle today, and I have to give full credit to the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, I could see true teamwork in action — everyone behind the line was communicating, moving with purpose, and supporting each other to make sure every order was perfect.

What really stood out was the genuine care and concern they showed for me as a customer. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, made sure everything was fresh, and double-checked that my bowl was exactly the way I liked it. It wasn’t rushed or careless — it was thoughtful, friendly, and professional.

You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. Their positive attitudes and coordination made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to see a crew work so well together while still giving each customer personal attention.

Huge shoutout to this Chipotle team — your hard work and customer-first mindset truly made my day. I’ll definitely be back!

This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited, and unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. Even though it’s only about five minutes away, I regularly drive 20–30 minutes to other locations just to avoid the consistent issues at this one. The problems are ongoing: slow lines, understaffing, poor communication, and—most notably—terrible management.

Some of the employees are great, but management is the clear issue. During my most recent visit, I came in to purchase two bowls using a Buy One Get One Free promotion. I was wearing a Christmas hoodie with the Grinch on it, and the manager refused to honor the promotion because I had my hood up. That reasoning is completely unreasonable and inconsistent with company standards. I immediately went to another Chipotle about 20 minutes away, and they honored the promotion without any issue.

This location has a long history of problems. I’ve waited in line for 30 minutes only to find out they were out of items like chips or key ingredients, with no signage or notice posted—customers are just left standing in line wasting time. This happens far too often, and it reflects poor organization and leadership.

This location is easily one of, if not the worst Chipotle in the Metro Atlanta area. Until management improves, I will continue to avoid it entirely.

I was not satisfied with my previous visit because the Carne Asada was so well done that it couldn’t be chewed. Support offered me a BOGO for my experience (even though I just wanted a refund). I decided to give it another try since the reward is expiring in a couple of days. This time, I went in so that I could view the Carne Asada before purchasing. This was the worst experience at a Chipotle for me. First, they were supposed to open at 10:45 am. I arrived at exactly at 10:45 a.m. They did not open the doors until 11:06 a.m. By this time, a lengthy line had developed outside. Even though they let us in, they did not start taking orders until 11:15 a.m. The ingredient bar was not fully stocked. They were still bringing out meats, rice, and other ingredients. They did not have the fajita veggies (quoted another 15 minutes) and the Carne Asada was again, very over done. I opted to get steak instead. The quality of my food was not at the level at which I’m used to but that could’ve been affected by the overall experience. But my stomach is very uneasy. I will NEVER return to this location.

For context, I’ve only been here a handful of times in the evening (8/9PM). They have THEE slowest service I have ever seen at a Chipotle. There’s times at this location that I’ve been one of five people in line, and it felt like it took 20 minutes per persons order. Cashiers constantly walk away from the registers. One serviceman was making all the meals and also constantly leaving, just a mess! All that for the food to not even taste that great. Perhaps the staff of the yesteryears were on stimulants because I used to walk in and walk out of Chipotle in minutes. They aren’t the only one like this because it feels like there’s been a huge tank in quality in services jobs ‍♂️

Never again. I placed a mobile order for work around 130pm to pick up at 520pm.
I get there at 515pm and at 520pm, I got a notice from the app that my order was picked up!! Around 525pm I inquired about my order, being nothing was placed on the shelf and showed the girl at the counter the app. She basically yelled at me and another customer for asking. “Well why didn’t you say you were waiting, how was I supposed to know?!”
He and I looked at each other surprised. I said nothing. Another customer even complained that they have bad attitudes at this location and always get orders wrong.
At 530, I still don’t have my order and I asked again and showed the app to her and another guy working there and now they can’t find my order that I already paid for. She had the nerve to ask me AFTER seeing my order did I pay for it. I asked her can you read and see that I paid for it online?!
Some other little guy came out claiming to be the manager (no one was wearing name tags) and I told him what happened and suddenly my order appeared. Another employee found it sitting on the counter by the windows at drive thru.
I simply asked how long was it sitting there and they answered “I don’t know!” I asked well since no one knows and I don’t want food poisoning, can you remake my order?
The gurl and the little manager said bluntly “NO” I told him that I see where the staff gets the attitude from. He said, no the girl is young. I said no excuse, you’re all ignorant and have no clue how to deal with your mistakes and need training in customer service. It’s obvious that the employees dont want to be there. I walked out and I will NEVER return to this hood location.
I got to work downtown Atlanta a little late and my entire order was wrong!!! I simply ordered the burrito vlowels with chicken one with brown rice and one with white rice. I ended up with one steak with white rice, I don’t eat beef. And one chicken with some sauce on it and white rice. I took the order as a loss. This location is horrible. My second time here and my last. Other neighborhoods you get treated better as they strive on customer service.

I am never ordering from this location again. They got my entire order wrong. I paid for steak and got chicken. Didn’t get my veggie fajita, sour cream or lettuce. Instead of brown rice they gave me an old mushy white rice which I couldn’t eat. Then I tried calling but they never picked up. when you go through drive through to get mobile pick up they seal your bag so I never thought to look through since they had the entire order written on there. Never again

This is one of my favorite Chipotle’s to visit. They give you enough food and considering the crowd that is always there they keep the line moving fast. The staff is always nice as well.

Update Dec 2024…good grief. I came back today. First issue I sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone walked over to ask me for the name on my order. I don’t understand why would they allow their customer to sit like that! Once o got home my bowl wasn’t right…and on top of that they added cheese which I did not ask for. This place is back to being a disappointment for me…

Nov 2024-I decided to make a review because when they do good, give them their props. Today I ordered a bowl with extra sour cream and salsa. I wasn’t expecting my order to be correct at all because of my previous negative experiences here….HOWEVER, I was surprised that my mobile order was exactly what I ordered. My bowl is delish. I don’t know who is working today on the mobile orders but you did a great job on my order. I wish I could request you by name!
