I ordered at 4:00 (1600) and the page and the tracker said that it was made at 4:30, and is 7:30 and still haven’t received my order which was just a large pepperoni pizza and a crazy combo. This while I see how they are telling other people that have just ordered and have just got there I got you and give them their stuff before me. The worst part is that I saw how they have some already made pizza and just throw it on the back to re-heat it like if it is your local Chuck’E cheese.

The app showed my order as ready at 11:48 AM. I arrived at 12:05 PM, another customer walked in at the same time, and both of our orders were “still being made.” If the food isn’t ready, don’t mark it as ready. That’s misleading and wastes people’s time.

We came out in freezing weather expecting a quick pickup, not to be told something completely different at the counter. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows zero respect for customers.

The person making pizza is half a sleep and no respect for people he is attending.

Loooong wait, not worth it. Severly understaffed. Noone at the cash register for 40+ minutes while I was waiting there. Drunk person in the waiting area broke a glass liquor bottle on the floor and noone picked it up or sweeped it or cared. No soda provided and no refund offered, so my clients UberEats order all messed up. After waiting quietly for 20minutes I asked how much longer and got cussed out by the young girl wearing the fancy jeans with an even bigger attitude. Yea I did ask twice but its been 30 minutes waiting for the Crazy Bread while the pizza is sitting on the counter all cold now.

This location should just close down. The cashier that I was talking to was extremely rude she kept rolling her eyes and complaining that she dosent want to work here and they are backed up on online orders and that they are gonna close online ordering. I ordered online at 1:30 and didn’t walk out the store till 2:45 I was the only person waiting for the first 30 mins then a swarm of people came in and door dashers. At one point a homeless man came to the kiosk machine and push the door opened and walked out with 2 boxes I will be reporting this location to the county which should have been done years ago I try to trust this location and hope to get better but they don’t. This place is also extremely dirty back and front

Horrible experience from start to finish.
I ordered Slices-N-Stix (two pizza slices with cheese breadsticks) and everything arrived completely cold, like the pizza had been made hours earlier. The box was cold, there was no steam, no smell, the cheese was hard, and everything was messy inside the box. It looked nothing like the picture shown in the app. Totally misleading. The cheese breadsticks were extremely salty and had an overpowering garlic smell, more garlic than any other flavor, to the point of causing a headache. The tomato sauce tasted old and cold, absolutely awful.
I also ordered a soda and they sent me whatever they wanted instead of what I selected. If an item is not available, the customer should be informed or given an equivalent option, not a random replacement. The order tracking showed a normal delivery time, so this was not the driver’s fault. The pizza was clearly already cold when it left the store, and it didn’t seem like they even tried to reheat it. Between the cold food, wrong item, bad taste, and extra service fees, this was not worth the money at all. I would rather pay a little more at Domino’s or Pizza Hut and receive hot, fresh food that actually looks like the pictures.
I will never order from here again. Worst pizza experience ever.

The over all experience of this establishment is purely trash! Every time I go they say it’s a 40 minute wait. Today I went and got a pizza and it was cold and burnt!!! I try to call them and no answer. It’s cold out so I decided okay what ever I’ll eat the pizza, but no we it’s disgusting. We couldn’t even finish it and this pizza was for my nieces . Smh !! I placed a pick-up/Carry out order at 6:46 PM on 1/10/26 After placing the order the website auto changed my pickup time from 7:10pm to 8:10pm because of high order volume, I accepted that because when I drove past the store at 7pm. it was packed full of people just standing around inside waiting. I went home and came back a hour later expecting some type of update on my pizzas. Nothing no update or anything. When I got inside others had been waiting for a hour plus. Multiple door dashers walked out of the store not picking up orders becuase of the wait time. I arrived at 8:20 expecting my food to be done and ready and they were not finishing orders until well after that. They asked a very few people what they ordered and were picking up and told us 8 nore minutes. Which is what we were told 8 MINUTES AGO. I did not receive my food until 9:48 3 hours after I placed the order. This building does not need a drive throuh service at all if they can not handle online, doordash and walk in orders as well. One employee loudly stated he needed to stop putting pizzas in the online order pickup stand because he was forgetting about them. Speaking of that, They did not have it setup at all. Pizzas I could clearly see were sitting in their for hours with no way to be licked up from the outside. Nothing was being logged or setup for us to grab and go. Why give us a Code that we cant use? This is a sad excuse for a little ceasers and needs to be shut down. They do not care and openly and loudly talked about customers or dashers that walked out becuase they did not want to wait. On top of multiple employees just walking out the moment their shift ended. Or some standing around on their phones in the drive thru window eithout doing anyrhing to help anyone.

I try to give this Location a chance but to be honest the service is SO BAD! I know it’s Little Caesars what do you expect but seriously..!? The pizza not being fully cooked and Now it’s the crazy bread Not cooked… They are always behind on orders and the place is SO unorganized, always forgetting something…but they stand around on their phones..

Literally had to wait over 30mins than expected ready time, after getting the pizza it was literally still uncooked! Like how yall make us wait extra for an uncooked pizza.. Then they’re all backed up on orders and having a lot of other people waiting when they’re literally in the back sitting down on their phones! How is it that there was atleast 4 of yall and yall are backed up on orders. Maybe stay off phones and actually work to be able to be get these people orders right and cooked fully.
