The Woman Manager is always rude and snappy, I used to go here all the time to get sausage gravy and biscuits, as of today they will longer have me as a customer, she should not be working in customer service at all, I have always been nice and she is still is rude as ever! Please tell me why this woman still has a job and this is not the first time I have complained about her and I know for a fact I am not the only one that has complained. She needs to be fired! There is cameras and yall should do your job by reviewing the camera footage, this happened at around 7:30 am. When you make your customer get out of their body because of the disrespect, there is something truly wrong with this woman! I drove off and will not spend my money here no more! Not to mention this woman is a Manager, REALLY!?!?!?

The service was extremely poor and the staff in general were impolite and unprofessional. When I arrived, there was a couple waiting for someone to acknowledge them and take their order. When I walked up to the pickup area, I politely told them that the couple had been waiting for acknowledgement to place an order. The apparent manager mumbled, we are busy . The couple grew ever more frustrated and then proceeded to advise the staff how frustrated they were, without receiving a response, they left and headed to McDonald’s just across the parking lot. I apologized for their lack of professionalism and obvious lack of customer service. After that, I proceeded to inquire about my door dash orders. Neither the manager nor her staff could give me an accurate time of when my orders would be ready or even if they had been prepared. It appeared to me that their was an incredible lack of organization and staff willing to accept responsibility. It is this experienced google maps reviewers opinion that if there is another Wendy’s or restaurant to choose, do it. I would not recommend this particular Wendy’s to anyone if it can be helped.

My daughter said she was wanting a baked potato. I thought Wendys. Had sour cream & butter on side. Git a small chili. It’s so good w the chili on the potato. Refill on drinks. Tables , wooden w wood chairs. Always loud when scraping chair on floor. Other places have that floor w chairs scraping. Drivethru was busy. We went in. Friendly cashier. At a shopping area. Near everything.

Left hair in my chicken nuggets right on the top you can see it in the picture and I asked specifically for only mayo on my burger and they put kitchen it. Lastly when I called to complain they’re not answering.

Ate here on 10/17/2025. Took one bite of my hamburger and meat was completely raw. I was sick for 3 days after.
