As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This location is absolutely pathetic. Rally’s is probably my favorite fast food chain in the area. Unfortunately, there have been seven times in the last two months where the doors to their lobby have been locked during normal business hours. This is despite the “open” sign being lit up.
I went there at 2:05 pm today, and even though the open signs in the front and side of the building were on. The doors were locked. An employee was sitting in one of the booths, but didn’t even bother to make an attempt to get up and explain why I could not get in, or apologize or anything like that. I ended up going to Taco Bell instead, and had a sub-par lunch.
This location used to be good, but I’m not going to waste my time on it anymore.

First time at this establishment. I ordered 2 $5 specials. Ask for cheeseburger no onion which is on the receipt. I guess employees can’t read. Cheeseburgers has onions all over it. Also they did not put our apple pies in our order. Shows how much employees are paying attention to orders. Food ice cold and greasy and going straight in the trash. Will not be back this was a horrible experience.

I want it known and understood. Serving TWO raw chicken sandwiches is beyond my comprehension. I got a full refund. But now, im sitting at the ER feeling the nausea and sweats from eating uncooked chicken.
I want it known that people will WAIT FOR FULLY COOKED FOOD. So pay attention to your timers on the fryer. Do not pull chicken when its not even CLOSE to being ready.
John. Do better. Yes I am calling you all the way out for serving death between two buns. Think about it next time you drop the fry basket. If this turns into a medical issue and my health is compromised considering my condition. You’ll be hearing from me again.

The burger and fries were on point as usual. However, the fish sandwich I got today was HORRIBLE! Bit into it and it was slimy and was grey in color. Definitely wasn’t the nice white flaky fish I usually get. That one bite made me loose my appetite. I had to spit it out and it about made me sick. There needs to be better quality control in place for the fish. Because it was flat out Disgusting!!
