As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Slowest service during lunch time. 2 Cars in line and couldn’t even get my food after 15 minutes of waiting. Had to leave without getting my food or be late getting back to work. I’ve had better service at night from the same location.

I stopped in for a quick lunch today as I was in town for my niece’s cheer showcase. First, it needs to be pointed out that the dining room was absolutely disgusting. This place needs a serious deep clean. I’ve had lunch in some less than desirable places but this place definitely took the cake today. I would also like to mention how the cashier (who was clearly new and trying to learn her new position) was treated by her female colleague; it was quite disgusting actually. Making rude remarks, rolling her eyes; it made even me uncomfortable. Do better.

Fast and delicious as always, but there’s definitely a staffing issue. Only having 2 people on a busy Friday afternoon is incredibly stressful maybe wage increase or hiring incentive would help bring in workers so these badasses can take a breather.

I’ll never come to this location again. After driving across town to get food from here, during OPEN hours, the worker said they’re not accepting drive-thru orders because they “only have 2 workers.” But they’re doing Doordash orders. How many workers do they need? When I asked him his name so I can let the manger know tomorrow he refused and said “he doesn’t have to.” This place is a joke! 3/23/23 at 11:20 PM

Worst customer service experience ever. Workers were extremely rude. We went through the drive through and they had an automated thing taking orders. The thing messed up our order and then the people were unwilling to fix it. The employee slammed the window in our face. Would never eat here again but the food was good, customer service service ruined it.
