Roy Lotz was born and raised in Austin, TX. He graduated from Gallaudet University in 2011 with a degree in Psychology. Growing up, one of his fondest memories was grilling Porterhouse and T-Bone steaks in his father’s backyard over a charcoal Weber grill. Upon graduation, Roy moved back to Austin and it did not take long for him to get nostalgic and go straight to cooking BBQ.

This is some of the best BBQ in Austin and all of Texas. Ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and it was THE BEST smoked turkey we’ve ever had!! Have had all of their food and it’s all amazing…as good as those places where you wait in line for hours so save the wait and try Lotz, you won’t be sorry!!
