Food was excellent! I ordered the stewed beef tongue and the Madrid style tripe. It was the first time I tried tongue and tripe and they tasted so wonderful and flavorful! Everything on the plate goes well eaten together or separately. The plate includes rice, fried plantains and coleslaw. The cook had done everything so well! Really excellent job!
