I’ve unfortunately haven’t had decent wings since I left Atlanta I visited this location on 1/13/26 at 11:54am. I ordered my meal which was a 6 piece honey hot wing and fries. I somehow mistakenly ordered two orders of fries on the kiosk because nobody takes your order! I realized my mistake and asked if I could simply substitute one of the fry orders for a cookie. It was my fault i didn’t check my food before I left. I get home and have no fries and one cookie. I was only able to eat two of the wings because they were way too gummy tasting. I called and spoke to the manager Marissa to explain what happened. So
told me she would credit the card I used for my order $10. It’s now 1/24 and I have yet to receive my credit. Total waste of time and money. Still on a mission to find some decent wings in this town

Wings Over catered at my job, in New Albany! and everything was excellent. The buffalo boneless wings were absolutely delicious—perfectly sauced, flavorful, and cooked just right. Even the ranch was good!The cookies were amazing as well, a great sweet finish to the meal. The food was a big hit with everyone, and I’d definitely recommend Wings Over for catering or anytime you’re craving great wings!

My son and I have eaten here many times. The wings are great, cooked well so the skin isn’t all soft and flappy. I’ve had boneless wings, bone-in wings, tenders, and fries. It is all really good and the sauces they use for the wings are amazing. Great food and amazing service so we keep coming back whenever possible.
I don’t write a ton of reviews, but this place deserves some recognition. I recommend trying it out.

Stopped after work to grab dinner, ordered online, said that my order should be ready for pickup by a certain time (which I love this feature). Got there and the (what I presumed to be the manager) greeted me asked about my order. Once the info was given he said I think we will have that out before that time. While I was waiting he even updated me that he was working on my order now. All the staff that I encountered was extremely personable and friendly. That is something to me a rare occurrence nowadays as most of the time most places just want to be able to say here’s your food don’t know if it’s correct bye. The manager made sure to let me know there were utensils and napkins etc already in there bag. He even took the time to chat for a sec, Food was as usual stellar, I begged the manager to see if they could open a wings over next to every Raising Canes, by far way better than Canes flavorless, scrawny tenders. Wings Over thank you for the experience, keep doing what you’re doing.

Wings Over is always a hit for us! Trent is always so friendly and makes sure our orders are fresh and correct. The hot honey is a fan favorite in our office, and Wings Over brings so much more flavor to the table than local competitors. The house-made ranch and blue cheese are a huge plus, too.

We have been traveling to OSU (Columbus) for four years for a clinical trial and this was our first time at Wings Over! OH MY GOSH!!!! This was incredible! My wife had the grilled chicken wrap with fries and the house made ranch! She said it was delicious! I had the chicken sandwich. A large chicken strip smothered in cheese sauce and bacon bits, with your sauce of choice. I chose Carolina Gold. Then the whole thing is wrapped in a warm piece of Texas Toast! Good Lord!!! I rounded it out with an order of Chili Lime fries!

I did a pickup on what could arguably be one of their busiest night – NYE with OSU playing a bowl game. The food and service were great! The team that night were really hustling when I could tell they were getting crushed. Kudos to them!

I gave this place ANOTHER chance because I believe in growth, forgiveness, and second chances. BIG mistake.
Me and my friend walk in, and the guy on duty vanishes into the kitchen like a ghost. A few people were ahead of us, fine. But then? DEAD SILENCE. No staff. No host. No cashier. No sign of life.
We stood there for 20 FULL MINUTES like unpaid extras in a flop movie.
Plot twist: our order was already DONE, sitting right there on the shelf, getting cold, aging like milk. All someone had to do was HAND IT TO US. That’s the job. That’s it. The bar is in HELL and they still tripped.
I finally had to raise my voice and yell “EXCUSE ME” because apparently that’s the only way to summon staff like Bloody Mary but with worse service.
At this point, either hire a cashier, hire a host, hire literally ANYONE, or do us all a favor and lock the doors and close this place. Food service is not just cooking food. If the service is garbage, the whole operation is garbage. Period. Dot. End scene.
Same problem. Same chaos. Same disrespect.
Never again. I’m DONE.
