After our reservation elsewhere fell through and we found ourselves walking around downtown on a date night looking for a place to eat. Finding somewhere with good vegan options alongside heart meat dishes is a challenge. We stumbled upon Layla and are so happy we did!!! Food was amazing! The staff were so great !!! I can not stress enough how awesome they were. It felt like eating at home with a bunch a family members and neighbors a with “mom” overseeing everything and coming to check on everyone from time to time.

Absolutely the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a very long time. The owner (I’m assuming) was so accommodating with us and our kids (2 and 4). It was a very nice atmosphere but they let us sit in the back so we would disturb anyone. They brought a basket of toys for the kids and kept checking in on us. The wait staff were so knowledgeable and the food was phenomenal. We had 5 different entrees and several appetizers, they were all delicious! I can’t rave enough about this experience and the exceptional service we received!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Seriously the best dining experience I have ever had, not to mention the INCREDIBLE food. My husband and I eat a plant-based diet, so this place was perfect. ALL of the appetizers were vegan, which is surprising. First we started with the Baba Ghannouj and falafel. We have had these items from some pretty amazing German places but never like this. it was fresh, light and seriously outstanding. I ordered the Lebanese Moussaka and WOW, WOW, WOW!! The presentation of the plates were great but the taste was mouth watering. My husband ordered the Mujadra.
