Honestly this was the worst chilis we have been to, and we LOVE chilis. The service was not the best, our server didn’t really come check on us we had to ask the host if we needed anything. The food was okay, I tried the fajitas for the first time and they are iffy (like a garlic butter on the chicken, no mexican spices or seasonings). My husband liked his triple dipper but the chicken tenders didn’t have much sauce and he was going to ask for more but unfortunately the server never came by. We will give this location another shot in the future maybe not within 2 hours of close!

Oh, what a culinary journey this was. Truly unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.
This has officially earned the title of one of the worst food experiences of my life. After this masterpiece of disappointment, I’m seriously considering a lifelong commitment to eating at home.
I ordered the dip trio, which felt more like a museum exhibit on food neglect. The guacamole had achieved a lovely shade of oxidized brown, the cheese dip was so stale that my chip got permanently embedded in it (RIP), and the salsa appeared to have been poured directly from a can no shame, no disguise.
The salmon entrée didn’t fare much better. The broccoli was a fascinating blend of yellow with hints of green, the rice clearly had a busy morning before being reheated in the microwave for dinner, and while the salmon itself was fine, the portion was impressively small for the price almost minimalist, if that was the goal.
Ironically, the best part of the meal was the beer. Fresh. Cold. Reliable. A true professional in an otherwise chaotic lineup.
To top it all off, despite specifically requesting a lower-seated table (being of dwarf stature and all), I was placed at a high-top booth because why not add a little physical discomfort to the dining adventure?
All in all, an exceptional experience if the objective was to ensure I never return. Mission accomplished.

Went in and got sat. We were very understanding about being understaffed because of the weather. But the host got our drinks out to us and let the waitress know we were ready to order. Tell me why the waitress then comes out and takes the order of a group of people that got sat a good 10-15 minutes after we did.
So we stood up and left and as we are leaving you can see all of management standing in the back left corner of the store doing nothing but chitchatting with each other instead of helping.

Went in around lunchtime, and asked for a booth. The hostess looked puzzled and sat us in the bar area. Our table was super sticky as well. It took about an hour for us to receive our food. Our appetizer came in after we had already received our entrees, which made no sense. I guess chips and queso take over an hour to heat up. Our waitress did not check on us and seemed like she did not want to be there or serve us. I never received a refill on my clearly empty drink because she was nowhere to be found. It took about 15 minutes to receive the check, another 10 minutes for her to process our payment and she didn’t even give us a pen to sign the receipt. We left a cash tip, since she didn’t give us a pen and was nowhere to be found. We used a gift card to pay for our meal and after paying had a balance left over. This evening I checked the balance on the card, and it was at zero… Will definitely never come here again.

Food was decent, server was great. It was way too warm inside though. If I hadn’t wanted the fried mozzarella so bad we would have went somewhere else. Its difficult to eat when you’re uncomfortably warm!

I originally had a bad experience which will be in thos review still but I wanted to edit my review since chilis sent a 30 dollar gift voucher and we decided to give another try and this time was completely different experience and the food was great and came up pretty quick despite being a decently busy Saturday night and it was different faces this time and everyone seemed to be doing great at there jobs and polite and our server this time was absolutely great her name was Hannah and she did everything perfectly she even happily drives 50 min fir work everyday, she constantly checked on us and had a great attitude and overall this whole experience was better even the skillet cookie was perfect this time compared to the disaster last time but the server Hannah was amazing and now here’s the old review before (First off the server Jalin was horrible, watched him just sit on his phone while other servers stayed busy as well as took almost half an hour to get a refill on my drink, then couldn’t find to order or even ask anything, only checked up on us two times the entire time and now for the food, the quesadilla salad was great but the chipotle chicken mex bowl was good but had a lot of uncooked rice and was missing ingredients, which the salad also packed a couple ingredient, and ordered a skillet cookie which took another half hour and when got it was barely any cooking and missing the middle and was not at all cooked it was mostly for and not even hot enough to have the ice cream or chocolate chips melt which they tried to cover with ice cream, just a overall poor experience which me and my woman aren’t picky but simple things should be met such as checking for refills and food should be cooked properly)

I used to come on Mondays after work, but the bartender I liked left so I stopped for awhile. Tried again tonight and it was a mixed experience. The red headed woman who’s the new bartender I guess met me at the door. She was clearly upset at the world. She had an awful attitude, and basically insinuated that I should leave. I overheard her not so quietly mumbling profanity about “customers” as I stood there. Begrudgingly sat me at a table, but thankfully not with her. My server was great and my quesadillas were good as always. Will return and just avoid the bar area.

Our food took a long time to come out but it was very fresh. Our service was not good. Barely heard anything from our server and it was extremely slow. Tried asking questions about the free chips and salsa and the server was not helpful in answering questions. We also ordered the special wicked margaritas and they came in regular glasses with no collector plastic stirrer. Other parties had the full beverage experience but we didn’t. I was extremely disappointed considering I was looking forward to trying them! My margarita came in a beer pint glass!!!

Food was about usual. Not the best, not the worst. Took an hour and a half to get our food and had to beg for service. Not the servers fault since they only had maybe 3 workers walking around. Atmosphere was terrible considering that it was probably 55 degrees inside. We had to go back outside to get a jacket. If you go here, prepare for mediocrity and have some patience with the servers, they’re doing their best.
