Tell me how we go through the drive thru before our long drive and when we leave we pull out our sandwiches and they are ice cold. Plus we ordered two medium drinks and the person put one large on our receipt. We did manage to get that rectified before we left but couldn’t turn around to fix the sandwiches because we had somewhere we had to be. I know u were getting ready to switch to your lunch menu but our sandwiches should have still been hot/warm not ice cold.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s. Not even just once but continuously. The food itself is typically fine, but it’s the service that’s unbelievable. Usually if I didn’t like a place I’d just avoid it, but this is really the only fast food in Richland. The staff is so rude, especially in the morning and late at night. I feel like the lunch shift is always fine. Then the manager allows it and promotes it. Anytime they get something wrong they immediately jump to a refund and get extremely annoyed about it, but all we want is the right item. If you address them getting something incorrect then they act like it’s our fault. Even when we pull up to the window it’s “what do you want”. It’s just crazy and as a manager myself in a different industry I would never allow my team members to treat people that way.

So the first issue was the food. My burger was literally RAW inside. See pic below. To top that off, my order was completely messed up- medium fries instead of a large, cheeseburgers with no pickles, instead of only pickle. Small frozen cokes instead of medium.
My second issue was the service.
The total for my meal was $25.08. I actually had cash on me, so I gave the person working the register $40 and then tried to hand him a dime -so I wouldn’t get a bunch of loose change back. He refused to take the dime, stating that he already had “punched it in and couldn’t change it.”
No…you just can’t count back change. Do better.

This place sucks, ordered our food and when we went to pay for it the girl at the window only told us the price of the order and we asked her what was all was ordered and she said was the big breakfast meal but through the drive through we ordered a sausage egg McMuffin meal and a big Breakfast that was supposed to come with pancakes but didn’t but then the lady a the pay window made us get another order of the sausage egg McMuffin after we asked her if it was on our order and she said no, then after we got on the road I noticed there weren’t any pancakes in with my Big Breakfast meal, We Tried to call McDonald’s but no one answered and said they were busy, so we left a message but haven’t heard back from them

This McDonalds is continually disappointing. Today around 730pm we were told in the drive through “sorry, I can’t take your order right now”. When I asked if they were open, I was told “yes but my manager said I can’t take any more orders because we’re under staffed. Nevermind, I can take your order but you’re just going to have to wait”. We left. Usually our order is wrong or they can’t sell a certain menu item or drink bc they’re out. I’m assuming it’s the ownership or management. Skip this place, there’s another McDonald’s near Meijer on Gull Rd.

One of the worst McDonald’s in the area. DO NOT GO HERE. Avoid this place. The employees are stotty and rude. I would actually say, theyre aggressive. and if you use the app theyll get your order wrong. If you go through the drive through they’ll get your order wrong. If you go inside they’ll stare at you like you’re an inconvenience and still get your order wrong . I heard them talking bad about a customer that was going through the drive through right in front of them. .Guess they have nothing better to do since the inside of the McDonald’s is dirty and they walk over the trash they’ve left on the ground. The food I order is always sloppy, with dry meat, stale inedible fries, and somehow they forget napkins and straws constantly. employees that hand your food out stare at you like they don’t know what they’re doing. I feel like I have PTSD from how aggressive these employees are. Yelling at customers and talking bad about them in front them is abusive behavior. Do better.

Went through the drive thru to order 2 coffees. We received the coffees but they tasted horrible. So we went back. Lady was rude but I explained that this coffee was not up to par. They remade it, took them forever. He brought us two fresh coffees with no straws. Still tasted HORRIBLE. As an avid coffee drinker I am not picky the way my coffee taste. We asked for a refund and was told NO. We already remade your drink so you get NO REFUND. But you did it wrong TWICE! Dont be rude to customers and do things right. Thats all we ask.

Tend to get the wrong order often at this location. I always use the app to order and it seems like they can’t get the orders right when doing that. I suppose I can dig through the bag each time and verify, but I really shouldn’t have to. I did glance in the bag and seen there was a sandwich, fries and nuggets. And that matched my order. However, I ordered a chicken sandwich but was given a hamburger. I ordered a large fry and received a small fry. I did get the sweet tea and 4 piece McNugget. So they were 50% right. Fries and burger were cold. This happens too often at this location. People are great and polite. They just have issues following the orders.
