I thought the cheeseburger was very good. Order was made fresh and there are several items/options on the menu. The locations in southwest MO are opening in the old Hardee restaurant locations. At the time of writing this review, the 2 Joplin locations are not open.

The double bacon cheeseburger the hamburger patty itself is like a frozen patty with no flavor no seasoning the bacon is decent. It’s kind of crispy. The fries are crispy by greasy not over salted which is good value for your money. I would say very poor you’d be better off going to McDonald’s.

While there was a bit of a wait, let’s remember the food is made 100% fresh. There were no rubbery, spongy, squishy fillings slapped into a round pie and called a burger. The beef was as real as the cow used to be. Crisp, crunchy, juicy tomatoes and other ingredients alongside. The fries were hot, evenly salted, not greasy, like I was that day. Makes for a good, balanced, low-cost, and memorable dining experience, definitely no question. I’ll beef back soon.

The service was excellent
The food was FRESH and HOT
The side stuff was our favorite by far. The roast beef was my favorite sandwich!!
Both the chicken sandwich and jalapeno burger had a funky aftertaste that I attribute to the lettuce.
You may wait a few minutes on your food but its prepared to order and so worth it! I would get anything here! (Without the lettuce). Definitely yry it if you havent.
Ill be back for the roast beef and cheese curds!!

I ordered the jalapeno bacon burger. The service was quick even though they got a big order ahead of me. The burger was just average. It tasted okay, but the cheese and beef patty were lukewarm. I’ll give them another chance, but I really hope they can do better with serving the burgers hot.

Update: went back on February 15th, at about 2:30 p.m. which is usually an iffy time time of day for fast food. I got the bacon cheeseburger which was pretty good. The Patty could have used a little more seasoning. My wife got the turkey avocado sandwich it looked really good and she said it was good. They gave us fresh fries and they were good. Better experience overall this time.

My wife likes the flavor of the hamburger but when she got it further into it it was not fully cooked so that’s kind of alarming. The cheese curds were soft and very greasy. No crunch. The bread on the roast beef sandwich was not quite fresh. The flavor of the meat was good but just a touch on the dry side. Nowhere near as good as Arby’s I just have to say. Obviously still working out the kinks. It took quite a while in the Drive-Thru probably about 15 minutes. They never came back to the window to tell me it was going to be a longer wait than usual. If I were the franchisee I would be in that store every waking moment until things were ironed out. Now is when you gain your customer base. I saw at least eight employees at 3:00 in the afternoon. Mostly standing around talking. The only adults I saw who I assumed was the manager gave me a buy one get one free voucher for next time because I had to wait. I’ll give it about a month and give them one more opportunity to make a regular customer out of me. The owner should go recruit a manager from Arby’s. A real go-getter that can whip that place into shape.

First time eating today on my lunch break. I got the 5.55 deal burger. It was so good. Big and like a real burger..not like the fast food ones you get. I was so full and couldn’t even finish it. Service was great also. Definitely will be back.

Probably my favorite fast food place in town now. Burgers are fantastic. Juicy and you can tell they’re made to order. Cheese curds even better than culvers. I’ve tried the roast beef once and I think i slightly prefer it to arbys. Had the wild west roast beef with bacon, onion rings, and a special sauce and it was delicious. Just hard to resist getting a burger everytime instead though. Highly recommend this place though. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit, but that’s to be expected when they’re making the food fresh when you order it. Hope this place stays around!

This place would be an easy 5 star. But the wait is honestly killing them.
And it’s not just the wait for food to be ready there is almost an equal amount of time spent waiting to order. (Every time has been during “lunch” rush)
Everything has always been great. People are very nice to the customers. Great shakes. Two people can eat well for 25 bucks

The worst dinner I’ve had in years I waited almost an hour, and the fact that it was half raw had a gallon of grease in each burger. I spent over 50 for two burgers and 4 shakes and didn’t even get my fries. There were employees standing around while the lobby was full of waiting customers. Wasn’t worth my time or money. Probably wont be eating here again. I hope this place straightens out or closes down in carthage. It indeed was not famously delicious
