My daughter ordered our food for us at the Tennessee gem show. When the order came up, my order was completely wrong of something that I was allergic to and could not eat. My daughter and I both tried to return the food and explain the situation and they insisted that that was in fact what she ordered, but I’m well aware that she would not have ordered something. I could not eat. They laughed at us in our faces got loud, and the man was raising his voice over me and telling me it was too damn bad and we have to order something else. I need to figure out somebody else to order food from now on. I asked them to either exchange it or something I could eat or to refund the money and they all three of them started getting loud and yelling at me with a line of customers behind me. It was a simple mistake. It could’ve been replaced or something that I did not have an allergy to or it could’ve been refunded. I am aware that they cannot reuse the food that they dished up for me and they cannot resell it. I know that, however, I cannot eat it and I paid $15 for food that I was not able to get was not refunded could not use. I don’t know if their food is any good because we weren’t able to eat it. I would honestly never ever ever recommend them based on their customer service skills accidents happen it’s understandable. It happens in restaurants all the time and whether it was my daughters fault or theirs. It could’ve been just a simple miscommunication, but they weren’t able to remedy it or not willing to and respectful professional manner, which is one thing, but they took it a step beyond and became beyond and professional and loud and combative and there was no need to take it to that level. I was respectful when I came up and spoke to them. I didn’t start yelling. I just said I can’t eat this. There was a mistake. It’s the wrong order and they all started yelling and that’s what she ordered. That’s what she ordered and got louder and louder from there. It was a horrible, horrible experience if I could give them negative stars I would do so.

This is my first impression of Moe Better BBQ. My son and I had the brisket sandwich, and let me tell you that it was so good!!! If you ever eat BBQ or anything of this nature, it can sometimes be a mess, but don’t let that stop you from trying Moe Better BBQ and their brisket sandwich. It’s true what the truck says. You don’t need teeth!!

We tried the brisket plate and catfish plate and everything was DELICIOUS! The brisket was tender and the catfish was perfectly crispy. Great pricing. The portions were big and everything had so much flavor. We got extra cornbread and still wish we had more. Next time we’re getting the whole loaf to go with supper the next night. We’re already plotting on what we’ll try next time. Thank you!

If you are on Google maps and looking for a food place don’t go here. It doesn’t exist. Looks like it’s a food truck so maybe it sometimes parks here but I didn’t see any way of telling when it is parked here. There is a very good BBQ place 5 mins away on the other side of the interstate, just go there.
