Food was fine but when the bill came, it didn’t add up. They somehow snuck in an extra dollar (they do charge in USD). Our total came out to $37 if you did the math, but somehow they came up with $38. After showing the waiter he admitted the total was wrong and went back to the cashier. He then came back claiming the extra dollar was for a takeout box, which was still not itemized on the bill, not mentioned anywhere on the menu, nor did he advise us of a charge when we asked for it. Either way, whether they were trying to cover up their lie or not, these practices are shady as hell.
Also, even though there seemed to be 2 employees for every customer, service was painfully slow.

We tried it tonight and it was great. We went with the basic marguerita but it was very good. The focaccia is a plain crispy pizza dough (not the real focaccia) but still it tasted good.

Excelente lugar de ambiente italiano. La comida con gran variedad en menú, está preparada en poco tiempo, excelentes ingredientes, buenas porciones. La pizza totalmente recomendable, su masa es deliciosa, el queso con elasticidad y rico sabor. El servicio por los meseros es totalmente acogedor, y los precios son balanceados. Es uno de los pocos lugares que realmente se adaptan a la comida italiana en Habana.

Man darf entweder bar mit Euro / Dollar zahlen oder per kubanischer Bankkarte mit Pesos. Als Tourist bist du also gezwungen in Euro oder Dollar zu zahlen. Die Preise stehen auf dem Menu nur in Pesos und am Ende rechnen sie ihn in einen absurd hohen Euro Preis um und nutzen nicht den in Kuba üblichen Kurs. Alles unter dem Deckmantel dass es so offiziell wäre. Anstatt 38 Euro sollten wir 95 Euro bezahlen.

Nach viel Stress durften wir dann doch in bar mit Pesos bezahlen.
Nach 18 Tagen Rundreise in Kuba war das mit Abstand die größte Verarsche (und das in einem so renommierten Hotel)
Außerdem fehlte auf der Focaccia Tomaten und Mozzarella (es lag nur Schinken drauf) und auf der Pizza fehlten die Champignons.

Espectacular en todos los sentidos ,nos hospedamos en el Meliá Cohiba y nos trataron todo el personal de 10 y por supuesto los platos exquisitos .
Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo y sobretodo Jorge y el equipo entero que estuvo en nuestro último día 8/1/25.
