This place is amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. Everything we ordered tasted homemade and full of flavor, not bland at all. The portions were generous and the prices were fair. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Easily one of the best Mexican spots around — I’ll definitely be coming back.

The place was really clean. We walked in, they had an amazing bar. But one thing I noticed is how clean the restaurant was period we got sat down right away. They got our drinks within a couple minutes and took a order right away. I couldn’t believe how fast the food came out. It was quick. The plates were extremely hot, but it was like they came out of a microwave. The food wasn’t very good at all. The flavor was good, but everything was ice cold. I don’t quite understand it. It’s almost like they microwave, some of the portions and then threw the other portions on it when it was done all in all. My wife loves Mexican, so we stopped here to give it a try.
Overall, the atmosphere is terrific, and it was a clean place. The people were friendly, and the menu was rather large.
The neatest thing about the restaurant to me was they have robots sort of gave us some entertainment. We got to watch them for a little while. Because they delivered food to tables, pretty neat.
Other than that, our server wasn’t very kind or friendly, but that’s okay. The baddest part was the food. I’m not happy with it at all. It was like it was thrown on a plate and heated up in a microwave, and that was it. What should have been crisp and fried was soggy, and the vegetables were way overcooked. It just didn’t taste like it was fresh at all. Overall, I would not go back. Maybe it’s just this location, but I’m not sure.

I ordered the fajitas Alambes and it had raw bacon in it. All they did was drop the bacon in a fryer and reheat my steak, I wasn’t offered anything to make up for being served raw pork at all. Definitely will not be coming back. Servers were very friendly though all things considered.

My absolute favorite Mexican spot! Burrito Durango and Ohio State burrito are packed with flavor, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. The salsa and queso are addictive, the margaritas are perfection(especially the tower,) and the service is always warm and welcoming. Restaurant is very clean and it never disappoints. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

We loved our food. We arrived around 6:00 and were seated immediately. Chips and salsa delivered and drinks. Food was also delivered quickly. Food was tasty and I cleaned the plate. We also ordered churros which were delicious.
The most interesting part of dinner is they have a robot that can deliver food.

The food was good as it gets in the area. Mom said the pork carnitas was some of the best. I never get fajitas because everyone does. This time the seafood fajitas were excellent. Salsa had just the right amount of kick but chips were a bit old and chewy. Service was spotty as it got busy and my server forgot my tea a couple times. The food was worth a five for the area but service needs to step it up a bit. I like the Eastlake branch better but mom disagreed and likes mentor.
I also found the entry doors to not quite look like doors in front. Too busy for my liking.
