If you take the chance on going to this location.. absolutely make sure to check your order before you leave the parking lot. We placed a $58 order for food for 5 people and when I arrived to pick it up I was handed a large bag. I asked for the drinks and she stated that they were in the bag. (The bag that was just handed to me sideways to fit through my car window.) I peeked in the bag and immediately noticed no shake. Was told the standard “machine down” excuse and to go online to get a refund for the up charge. I said that’s fine, but I’d still like a drink for the meal, and she got me a sweet tea with minimal eye rolling. Pulled around to the front of the building and decided to do inventory before heading home. We were missing 2 fries, halfsies, a coke, the dipping sauces, and both the plain sandwiches that we ordered for my picky eaters were made with everything on them. Went in to get it corrected (maximum eye rolling this time) and managed to make it home somehow still missing an order of fries, and by then all the rest of the food was cold. This is not the first time this has happened at this location either. We’ve had other drive thru and DoorDash orders that were just as incorrect.

Orderd online mobile pickup in store. Ddl made like a Rodeo burger . I paid extra for onion rings I did not receive. Service was good because I placed the order.And they handed it to me when I walked in the door. The dining area was a little messy. But minimum wage Employees especially fast food workers wonder why the make on minimum wage. This is why you can’t even read a monitor . It was not busy at all

I asked for a fish meal larger fresh with cheese after waiting at the speaker for 10 min before my 0rder was taken. I received an old fish no cheese. I called and I was told to hold on to the meal until after Christmas when they open it back up and at that time my order will be taken care of. The quality of food chains have went to the ground especially this Burger King. You can’t even get a decent meal after work and not to mention the cost was $11.49. I can write this Burger King by far as the worst and then to tell me to hold on to it until the day after Christmas is absurd. I’ll just post the pic and take my losses. Burger King y’all need to do better this is past ridiculous giving out old food and then asking me to keep it. I won’t be back until a health inspection is completed

Food has been consistently good. Did have to send back the chicken sandwich, as we had requested onion and tomato which was forgotten. Also desert wasn’t available so manager offered a shake. (Mobile order)

I know it’s BK. Clearly not a 5 star restaurant, but I came to the dtive through for an impossible burger with everything and I was not disappointed. They were pretty busy but service was fast and efficient and best of all my burger was exactly the way I wanted it. It was hot. fresh and tasty.

The breakfast staff today was on point! We used Door Dash for an order of 6 sandwich, sides and an iced coffee. EVERYTHING was freshly cooked, prepared with care and delicious! We were amazed at how our food looked and tasted. You just dont get that type of service anymore. I wish there was a way to leave a tip for restaurant staff too so the least I can do is leave this great review. Keep up the good work!

Staff is consistently rude. Order is always wrong and then no one will pick up the phone to address my concerns. I would not recommend the Blanding Blvd and Collins Rd location to anyone.

There was ONE young man running the whole show, Matthew Jackson. People aren’t always nice when it’s late, they’re hungry, tired and ready to be home and have to wait a little longer than they would like. This young man was everywhere, doing everything and still had a smile on his face! His attitude was very positive considering the stressful situation he was in. It might have taken a second longer to get but the food was still good, still hot and the order wasn’t messed up. I hope his managers realize how great he is and compensate him accordingly!!!
