I place my order 40 minutes in advance and they still had the audacity to ask me if I had payed. The slowest service for a pizza that is supposed to be hot and ready. So disappointed this location has gone down this path.

I came inside to place an order, and the woman at the counter told me they were out of Crazy Bread. I asked her three different times, and each time she said they didn’t have any. She then told me to ask the manager. When I asked him, he said it would take about 10 minutes for the Crazy Bread to be ready. I asked him why she told me they were out? He didn’t have an answer. Because of that, I decided to leave. What a terrible place.

One day you’re biting into hot, cheesy deliciousness like yes, this is why I came back! The next? Dry crust, sad sauce, and cheese that gave up on life.
And don’t get me started on the drive tru. I’ve sat there longer than I wait for a text back with ONE person in the lobby! Other times, boom, I’m in and out in 5 minutes.
The lack of consistency is wild. I’m not here to play pizza roulette. Customer? Lost. ✌️

I had ordered a classic pizza yesterday and the dark brown girl with the glasses took my order. She told that it was going to be a bit of a wait and I said “okay,cool”. I waited a bit in my car and she saw me again and she had asked me if I was picking up or placing. I found it a bit odd that she would say that because I just left the store for a few minutes. Anyway, I told her my name so she could get my order and she went ahead and looked for another guy to talk to me and he asked me if what I ordered. I told him I ordered a classic pepperoni. I wonder if she even put my pizza order in the system, either way it was unprofessional on her part to create a scene like that all for a pizza. She should be fired.

I arrived to pick up my pizzas when the app said they were ready and the guy said that they didn’t have the ingredients to make the pizzas so they didn’t start any of it. That he could replace one of the pizzas with a cheaper pizza without reimbursing the difference or I would have to cancel the order myself on the app.
I told him that the app doesn’t let me cancel orders and the internet said they had to do it. They refused to fix the issue and said that all the other customers were totally fine with this treatment…
When they refused to give me their names, I took their picture. At which point she called the police on me!
So they didn’t give me the food at all, they still charged me for the food and then they called the police on a customer just because I was holding them accountable!
The attached photos are the two employees that refused to fix the situation, and stole my money. The girl is the one who called the police when she saw that she might be held accountable.

At around 1:10pm Oct. 19 the cashier named Malachi asked the female cook to make a custom 1 topping pizza. She began cursing and yelling insults and she became hostile and complaining while making the pizza. After she made the pizza she took it somewhere in the kitchen and sat it down instead of giving it to me the customer. 5 other people came and got their pizzas and left and I was still waiting for her to finish making it. The cashier then asked her if she my made the pizza but she didn’t answer the question, she just walked away complaining about making the pizza. Eventually minutes later she came back with the pizza. I asked if they would give me a discount and she said no. Then I actually apologized for asking her to make my pizza even though it’s her job. She turned her back on me and began talking to the cashier. She needs to stay home because she hates her job and disrespectful to Little Caesars customers.

Place order online on 8:26pm and it said that it should be ready by 8:58pm when and paid and the order is still not ready they told me that I have to wait 30 more minutes. To slow need better management.

I have been giving this place many many chances but still very disappointed pizza is really gave me and my family the craps and sick for days. When they get busy the workers fall apart and get angry at coworkers and with the customers. Long waits at the drive thru….. I have never given a BAD review but I feel that I have too ⚠️ warn people .

Horrible wait times. I was late like 15 minutes and they said I had to wait 15 more minutes on an online order . Then when I get my pizza it looked almost burnt and extra most bestest has a lot less pepperoni. Just lazy employees. They act like they don’t care. Very disappointed
