Use the kiosk to order my food. Might need to just finally just let them know. Hey I need to order in person. Took the bacon off the sandwich that I wanted on the kiosk but when they made it still had the bacon on. I am allergic to it so had to go up to the counter and want to know hey you messed up up my order. They did fix it immediaThey did fix it immediately and bring it right to my table but still not too thrilled that people are not doing what the customer’s ordering. Probably do do food allergies. You know they might not like a certain item.

Just stopped in for a chili & fries. This is my second time with this issue. The chili is just about warm. Your steam table with the half pans inserted in is turned off. I’m heading home so I’ll use my microwave, but people who are on yhe go will be eating cold chili. You should keep that on at all times on low.

I waited 30 minutes for my order inside. The drive thru was moving steady. They would not work on inside orders. By the time I get my food, cold and they got it wrong anyways. I haven’t cried in 27 years until this day.

We got two fish sandwich meals tonight, and mine was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever tasted. This one was all breading, barely any fish, old, dark and bitter. I could tell they just dipped it back into the oil to warm it up, I really thought fish sandwiches were made to order, but this thing has clearly been sitting there for a good while. The fries were also cold and soggy. I think after this one I’m officially done with Wendy’s in RI. They’ve really gone down in quality in the last couple of years.

This place is a dump. Our order took over 10 minutes because they were too busy talking to friends. They also let people who are out of uniform or who don’t even work here behind the counter and do what they want. It was a slow time so there shouldn’t have been cold food or a mess in the dinning room. There was this really amazing man who walked in and just started cleaning the dinning room because he doesn’t like the mess. He doesn’t even work there. The food was cold and not fresh by any means. The GM needs to reasses their team and who works there because there was definitely no working being done.
