Ordered the new cluck chicken sandwich munchie meal that now comes with a brownie. Was looking forward to it, but that all went astray when I found out my chicken was hard and dry. I was offered the new brownie only for them to tell me they were all out. They also gave me zero napkins. Seems like the workers were too invested in talking about tattoos and whatnot instead of providing appropriate services. Very unprofessional and lacking in quality.

Management is on point, this location has the best Jack in the Box team. The food is always fresh, literally hot fresh fries and fresh burgers. I’m a local and only come to this location. Stop by, I highly recommend this location.

Bad service. Tried to purchase a redbull drink, ended up receiving the wrong one and when I told them it was the wrong one they got upset with me and I was just letting them know it wasn’t the flavor I wanted, she further argued with me and said she would have to open another redbull, then snatched the drink and gave me another one and apologized. Won’t be coming back.
