stopped by on February 12th in the afternoon and ordered one steak taco, one steak quesadilla, and a horchata. Everything was incredible.
From the moment I walked in, the space felt welcoming and easy. It’s casual and moves quickly, but still feels clean and intentional. As I was choosing sauces, Juan L. took the time to explain the different flavor profiles and what would pair best with my asada. That small moment of hospitality really elevated the experience and made me feel genuinely taken care of.
I also tried the nopales, which were DELICIOUS and perfectly balanced with the steak. The sauces had great depth and just the right level of spice. The horchata was so refreshing, especially after the heat from the salsa. It was smooth, flavorful, and something I would absolutely order again.
Everything tasted authentic and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell they care about quality and tradition. I will definitely be back to try more.

We came here before the end of 2025. I come from a state where tacos are made really well and authentically. We’ve also tried some really great tacos as we have traveled. These tacos, however, are unforgettable. The ease of ordering, the kind servers and the accessibility add to the whole experience. But the flavor, handling, the authenticity, the delivery of the dishes and options truly make this place special. You have options on which tortilla base you’d like, lots of meat options and toppings. Very delicious and made right in front of you. I got the carne asada and the adobada. The carne asada was packed with protein and was very filling. These tortilla was light and buttery which complimented the meat and garnishes. Definitely worth a try. The adobada however, blew me away. The tenderness of the pork and the flavor are all well balanced yet pronounced. I dream about this taco from time to time. Definitely recommend. There is limited parking as expected in NY but we found spots nearby – we were there during the week day. The pricing is what you typically see in NY but the tacos make it worth it.

Got hungry after being at REI down the street & saw this spot had amazing reviews. Stopped by to grab a few tacos & man they hit! Place has a chill vibe & the guys are awesome. The place is standing only so there are no seats, but that adds to enjoying the tacos properly. Make sure to get the hot sauce, tastes even better. Definitely a must try!

Stopped by the Lafayette location while in New York City. The tacos were good, solid, but not life-changing. The tamarind juice though was yummy. Refreshing, sweet-tangy, and honestly the standout of the meal. Would come back for the drink and the vibe.

The tacos here are pretty good, I’d recommend the experience essentially since they stay open late.
Minus a star because directions to placing your order aren’t obviously clear once you leave the cashier(you have to give your ticket to someone behind the counter after you pay to get your order made), also the the place was busy so I could barely find a place to eat. I understand that there’d be no seating because people would probably sit and overstay. Tacos are also more on the expensive side. Around $5 per taco.

Authentic and quick. Mario was phenomenal. He was social and quite comical. We made a friend without even trying. The food was everything! Rosa made the tortilla with so much love. The tacos were flavorful and just simply scrumptious.

Authentic Mexican taco bar with amazing quality and taste. Menu is pretty simple and easy, you order your food and pick it up and on the side station you can chose to put your sauce and salsa unlimited. They got some nice beverage choices which are all in glass bottles old style.

Nothing much to say about los tacos, food is great. The concept is pretty cool too but it is a bit hard to really enjoy the food without seats, but I guess this just sumps up the Nyc experience
