Back in 2016, I visited Chipotle for the first time, and it completely lived up to the hype. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and modern the space was, and despite being busy, the staff was working efficiently and keeping things moving.
The menu had great options, and I loved how everything was made fresh in front of you. I built my own burrito bowl with chicken, and every bite was packed with flavor. The ingredients tasted so fresh, and the guacamole was especially amazing–worth the extra charge for sure. I also appreciated the portion sizes; I got plenty of food for the price.
As a first-time visitor, the staff was really patient, helping me through the process of building my meal, and they made sure everything was perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can see why Chipotle has so many loyal fans. Five stars for sure!

I’m writing to express concern about the repeated issues I’ve experienced at this location. On multiple occasions, my orders have been incorrect, and I’ve had to drive back during my lunch break to have them corrected. This has happened at least four times.
In addition, the customer service has not been welcoming, which has made the situation even more frustrating. I understand mistakes can happen, but consistent order errors and poor service create an inconvenience for customers who are on limited time breaks.
I hope management can address these concerns by ensuring clearer communication and improved customer service standards moving forward.
I asked for a small guacamole and got a scoop on my bowl instead.

Asked for a large cup for water and after is filled it they charged me $3.10. Kitchen area was filthy and area by soda machine wasn’t much better. Manager was a jerk when I let him know I wasn’t charged for the water on the previous night. It was for my grandson with his meal that I got to go and we are traveling. Wouldn’t patronize this chipotle – it was even dirtier last night. Order that was preordered was 15 min late and there was no one in the restaurant. $21.49 for a bowl with just double rice and double steak and a cup of water. Ridiculous.

I dont know how this location has a high rating. My spouse and I went to get food . Upon entering there were 2 young Hispanic boys working.The food looked old, they didn’t take time to stir it to possibly make it look presentable. 1 was shredding meat with his hand he looked at us and didn’t acknowledge us. Finally he told the other boy we were there. Understandable he was in the back possibly working on online orders , but he came to the front to get chips he looked at us and didn’t acknowledge us either. I feel we werent acknowledged because we were black. Because when we left the white customer behind us was helped immediately. I’m big on customer service . If they hate their job that much maybe they should find another one. From the look of the food and customer service we left. I refuse to spend my hard earned money somewhere I’m not respected. We went to another location because we don’t need that negative energy over our food. I don’t recommend.

I have been coming here for years. This is the only Chipotle I ever ate at since I started eating Chipotle about 3 years ago. I have never had any issues. But today I ordered takeout and was enjoying my food when I discovered this strip of plastic mixed in with my lettuce. Needless to say, I lost my appetite and threw out my food. I bought 2 brisket bowls totaling $27 and it’s unfortunate I couldn’t enjoy my money’s worth.

Terrible Service!
The staff member (short girl) preparing my bowl was extremely rude, in a rush (no other customer at that moment but still) and served portions that were ridiculously small. I asked for fajitas and was given literally one tiny slice. She showed zero care or effort, which makes me question why someone like this is placed on the front line to interact with customers. Honestly, this level of service is unacceptable. It’s no wonder so many reviews mention the same issue about the same person serving small portions with a rude facial expression and I don’t care attitude. If things don’t change, this location won’t last. I’ll be taking my business to another branch.
