I don’t know much about the normal quality of this Mcdonald’s location. However, a group of fellow classmates and I were on a school trip really craving some late night dons. I am unsure if this was an UberEats mistake or Mcdonald’s. First issue was most likely UberEats-took over 2 hours to get our food. I am very disappointed in this. We are tired. We are hungry. We are very sad. Anyways, the second issue was that when we did FINALLY get our order, we only received only about half of our order (probably less). The food we did get was ice cold. After reading a few reviews, I saw similar experiences from other customers. I really hope that you guys fix your store situation, I love eating Mcdonald’s as a chain but this was just unacceptable.

Went thru the line around midnight chicken wrap was dried out fries were cold went back a second time fries were cold again gave nothing but attitude horrible customer service normally I don’t have these issues

Expiration sticker in my fish filet sandwich!
Couldn’t quite tell why I wasn’t able to chew this bite, I pull the hard/rubbery peice from my back molars and immediately spit out the food in my mouth! It was a sticker an expectation date sticker! Horrible experience I cannot explain how disgusted I am!
Where did this come from and HOW did it get in my sandwich!

1rst experience:Stopped to get my coffee and they did great with it most times I bezzzz mad so I asked for extra Splenda but I took 1sip and the cup was gone loved it

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering through the McDonald’s app. I placed my order, was told to park, and waited for over 10 minutes with no one bringing my food. I called the store, but no one answered the first time. When I called again, the response I got was simply, “Sorry, we were busy.”

I understand that things can get hectic, but I am also a paying customer and I expect at minimum either my food or proper communication. Instead, I lost my entire break waiting, received nothing, and this is not the first time this has happened. This is now the second time I’ve paid for an order and left without receiving my food or my money back.

This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not be paying for food they never receive, and being brushed off with a quick “sorry” only adds to the frustration.

I went there and it was not even that many people there on Christmas Eve and it was a lot of employees, but our food came out like 10 minutes after we placed our order which was through the drive-through but also the food was good.
