recently visited this McDonald’s and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s at its best. My order was prepared quickly and everything tasted great — the fries were perfectly crisp, the burger was juicy, and even the coffee was fresh and flavorful.
The service was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely happy to help. My order was accurate, and the dining area was clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work and cares about customer satisfaction.

I stopped here this morning for breakfast, which was served fast and fresh, just like you’d expect from McDonald’s. I liked that I didn’t have to wait at the counter for my order. My order was brought to me at the table a few minutes after I placed my order. I had the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, and it hit the spot. Thanks, team. You did a great job.

Really slow, Flys, lemonade tasted like water with texture! I called to tell them it had no sugar or anything and the last said that’s how it’s supposed to be she said it’s just really tart. It had no flavor! Really disappointed in service and food and beverages. All the other McDonald’s every where else has amazing lemonade with awesome favor! I paid 30.00 for nasty food and bad service and bad customer service! Not to mention needing a fly swatter while waiting 20 minutes for my food.

I ordered 1 6-piece nugget meal, 1 crispy chicken sandwich meal, and 2 hot n spicy sandwiches. They forgot the 2 other sandwiches and I didn’t find out until we got back on the interstate. How do you forget half of the order let alone when its not even busy?

The workers left the counter to have conversations around the corner as we walked up to order. There wasn’t a menu visible at the register anyway so maybe customers aren’t supposed to order there anymore? Signage would help so people know they are required to use touch screens to eat here. I guess I’m old school, but we ordered at the kiosk. Food was what we expected for McDonalds. Restaurant was super clean. For some reason the hours on the front door say the dining room is only open until 11am. I assume a typo, but hours here on Google say dining room is only open until noon, so who knows.
All little details that wouldn’t prompt me to consider a review on their own. However, the part that pushed me to write this is that one of the workers was in sweatpants, a Victoria’s Secret sweatshirt, and open toe sandals. Seems like it would be a health or OSHA violation and as a manager myself I would want someone to speak up about a huge liability like that.

We were just passing thru on our way home and stopped in for what we thought should have been a quick breakfast pickup. However, this wasn’t the case. We waited a ridiculous amount of time and watched others get their food but not us. My husband finally said something after we realized we had waited 20 minutes. They took a few additional minutes to figure out our order (apparently the front and back employees were not communicating to one another that they were waiting on pancakes). Finally an employee handed us our food but without any apology or offer to refund our money. In total we waited over 25 minutes! When we got in the van we then realized they didn’t give us our Orange Juice either. Such a poor experience! The wait was silly, but the employees seemed like no one knew what to do. No one stopped what they were doing when we asked for help or apologize at the end. The only redeeming quality was that most of the food was decent. However the muffin was pretty burnt. But man we had a bad taste in our mouth from the experience.

We placed our order and it was very expensive. When we got to the window, we asked the cashier if the mcdoubles were on special. She proceeded to say yes as she took our credit card. Charged our card, and my husband asked if she gave us the special price on the deal. She handed his card back and closed the window. Waited for the food.. got it and finally got back on interstate, and the burgers and fries were soooo salty we could hardly eat, not to mention my husband got a large piece of plastic in his burger. Needless to say, we didn’t finish that meal!
