First time at this place tonight and It was definitely one to add to our restaurant rotation. The Vegetable dumplings were amazing. I didn’t think I’d prefer them over a pork dumpling but they had so much flavor, I couldn’t pick out what flavors it was but they were outstanding and a pretty Green color.
We also got Hunan beef and an angry fish roll. They beef was wonderful and the roll was great as well. Most importantly, the tuna tasted fresh.

I came here after a movie. Everyone is really friendly, even the usuals. I had a squid salad, sake, coconut toasted ice cream and some passion drink. I can’t remember what the sashimi was called, I think yellow tale it was good and it has a little kick to it.

Service was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Friendliest service i have had since being in Wilmington for over a year. So exceptional and over the top i had to ask for a manager just to complement them. I got the fried pork egg rolls and the Fuji mountain sushi roll. Absolutely amazing food

Very good, high quality sushi & other dishes.
Been there a few times, & every time has been perfect, no issues, attentive staff, the desserts & food are amazing along with their drink selections, highly recommended for a high end dinner.
I’d say its best for 1-4 people, but can probably do a table or two for 6 people.

Wonder time at the bar. Sushi was amazing and fresh with lots of creative rolls to pick up from. Drinks were perfect. Staff was friendly and I even saw the manager, Logan, walking around the restaurant checking in with tables to make sure everyone was having a great experience. I will absolutely be back.

The service was kind of slow considering it was in between lunch and dinner and there were only a few of us there to eat, BUT it was friendly, and the waitress had no control over how long the food actually took. It’s a bit pricey but the sushi is very fresh and you can tell they take great care in quality of, not just the food, but presentation and overall experience as well. The dining room is well decorated and clean. Very enjoyable!

Went here for my birthday and was not impressed. I used to live in Wilmington for my schooling and would always come here to eat, since i’ve graduated and moved I thought to give it a shot for my birthday. It’s an elegant restaurant and the food used to be pretty good. My husband booked a reservation and when we arrived to the restaurant our reservation was cancelled because we were about 20 minutes late (we came from out of town). So we had to wait in our car for 30 minutes. That was something I did not appreciate, I get that it was a busy saturday night but that didn’t make me feel to appreciated on my birthday. Once we’re seated my husband ask if they could do anything special for my birthday and the waitresses said no…. and told us we can buy dessert from the menu.
One of our meals came out with a soup and it took 40 minutes for that soup to come out…. We were starving. The food came out about 10-15 minutes after the soup arrived. So 30 minutes of waiting just for a table and 50 minute wait for food.
I ordered Shrimp Tempura since i’m pregnant and that’s about all of the sushi I can enjoy and it was chewy and tasted quite old. To wait that long and receive low quality tasting food is disappointing. I’m not sure if management has changed or what but I won’t be going back. Our check was over $100 and I wasn’t that happy.

Stopped in after a movie and was disappointed. Service and staff were all friendly and prompt. Atmosphere was on board with an upscale asian fusion decor. Unfortunately, the food was not upscale quality. Selections were good but my chosen soup, appetizer and entre were not great. Miso soup was bland, veggie gyoza was cold and stiff. Kinda like they were sitting around awhile. And my poke bowl was also same quality. Sticky rice is ok but it was clearly not fresh. Just a mediocre meal. Too expensive for a lunchtime meal. Maybe they pull out the stops for dinner service.

My gosh the two Vegan Sushi rolls I ordered were so FREAKING AMAZING!!! Nori Sushi at The Pointe has a dedicated Vegan Menu and it is fabulous I ordered the Spicy Yam Roll and the Sweet Dragon Roll with a water. This meal came out around $34-$36 dollars, since both of these rolls are $16/piece. (Each roll comes with 8 pieces)
But truth be told I wanted to do like in ‘Parks & Rec’ and made the meal a “treat yo self” experience – so I justified the splurge haha
