Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Customer service is less it should be. It’s obvious this location does not care about satisfied customers. Getting fresh tea that isn’t spoiled here is always a struggle. Don’t even think about requesting they make fresh because you will be rudely denied. This will be my last visit to this location. I will drive to a location further from my house where I know my business is appreciated and I can get fresh tea.

This place has gone downhill fast. It used to be a staple for my family and friends. Service has hit rock bottom. They are always forgetting something from the order. If I order curbside and the app says 7-10 minutes count on waiting about 20-30 minutes. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I’ll be making the drive to Pasadena for our Whataburger Fix.

It was around 1am when we ordered our food. Not really busy and we had a really good experience. The people were very nice and gave us our food in a timely manner. Definitely a very great spot to come when you’re super hungry and late at night. Thank you!

Way too many employees running around like headless chickens. Had an online order to be picked up and waited 35 mins for 2 meals! Watched an employee check a bag 4 times and not do anything else.
My bf while waiting went to the bathroom and said there was no soap in the dispenser. He used to work at whataburger and there are not dispensers in the kitchen to wash hands either. Few mins prior saw an employee go in with food and then sat to take his break/wait in the dining area.
Meanwhile we get the food for the online order and needed to double check because our app was wrong. Manager i assume in the Grey stripe shirt threw a fit in the lobby, same dude who checked a bag 4 times.
Line in the lobby for dine in had been waiting for 15 mins before someone came to take their order.
Also had other dashers/uber eats people waiting 30+ minutes. One worker was nice enough to double check the order with us and get our drinks in time so that’s the only positive thing to say. But other than that don’t order online at this location.

I ordered a #22 (sausage/biscuit combo). I received the sandwich and drink but no hash browns. I also ordered a biscuit and gravy (gravy comes with sausage bits in it) but there was no meat in the gravy. They only had six cars in line but by the way acted you would assume there were 20 cars in line. Very disappointed, will not return. Whataburger, across the board, is going downhill since the owner sold out.

These people are so in their own self that they can’t get your order correct. I understand that this is fast food but you MUST listen people. Ordered 2 whataburgers, and when I got home, one was perfect and one had only the tomatoes, lettuce and onions on the bun, NO HAMBURGER at all! I promise I was more than furious. Called manager who said put his name on the receipt and he would make good for it later. THERE WAS NO RECEIPT!! This was a total cluster! Manager’s name was Oscar who wants to blame everyone but himself for the bad service. What a shame!!

Horrible customer service….stood in line waiting to order….watched door dash and other food delivery services bully there way in…. apparently Whataburger is more concerned with that than paying customers….will not be back….. it’s a shame because I love Whataburger…. customer service has changed from the old days…. y’all lost another fan
