I should have read the reviews before visiting this location. Quite frankly, the food quality was so poor that it makes you wonder how this place is still operating.
I ordered a double cheeseburger and received two overcooked patties with no cheese on a dry, hard bun. The chicken nuggets were also overcooked and hard. I also tried the new Big Arch burger, and it was a complete waste of money.
This was a very disappointing experience. I usually expect better from McDonald’s, but this location clearly needs to improve its food quality and consistency. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

This McDonald’s establishment has been the worst I’ve ever visited. My first visit was with my kids and their friends, and the manager was incredibly rude. She was like wow this a lot of kids. I bought each kid their own meal, and they wanted to play in the playroom.
On my second visit, it was early in the morning. I asked for ketchup, and the young lady seemed upset about it. She told me it wasn’t available. I asked her to get her manager, and the manager went and got a brand new box. She opened it and gave me the ketchup.
Yesterday afternoon, I went to this McDonald’s through the drive-thru with my daughter. I ordered her a kids’ meal and myself a fish sandwich. The bread was incredibly hard, and the sandwich didn’t have any cheese.
I went back through the drive-thru, waited in line, and the lady told me to pull in front of the door. She brought me out another fish sandwich with no cheese again. I was so frustrated that I went in and told them I didn’t have any cheese. The lady went to the back and threw a cold slice of cheese in the sandwich. I brought it back and gave it back to her. I told her no, thank you, and I got a refund.
I will never go back to this McDonald’s again. I advise no one to go there either. They are rude and don’t want to work. They really need to shut that McDonald’s down or hire a new crew. The McDonald’s on Jiles is much more professional, fast, and the food is always fresh. I will just go a little further to get better quality and service.

If I could give a zero i would. It’s a shame that this is the closest McDonald’s location to my job, and that i will have to travel twice as far and spend that much more time to get to a location that can accurately get me what I ordered. This is the 2nd time in the past 2 months that I decided to try whatever promotional chicken sandwich they are advertising and I end up with the most plain, dried out sorry excuse for a chicken patty possible between some buns. A real damn shame.

I used to literally brag about this location because the food would always be hot and fresh, no matter what time of day or night. I don’t know if there’s been a change in management, but for the last 2 months that hasn’t been the case. Everything, especially the fries, tastes like it’s been sitting out all day. Please get back to excellence!

The food is usually good…..but today really changed my perception of this branch of McD’s. I placed an order of $25.00. The inside of the fish filet was dry as I don’t know what! 3 of them – all the same, with a half piece of cheese on each. The buns were also burned on each. The 2 large fries (i asked for “fresh fries.”) Seemed like they were put back in the grease. I attached puc of all. Really disappointed in the closest McD to my house. I guess it’s time to stop going find somewhere that will meet the expectation of fresh.

Typical quick service food. Was in a hurry and was passing by. The drive through line was long. Went inside and placed my order on a kiosk. Got served faster than drive through. Fries were not salted.

Worst experience I’ve ever had from a McDonald’s. My kid was needing something quick to eat on Sunday afternoon on the way to baseball practice. We did the mobile order, pull up the drive thru, wait 3 mins to tell them our code. We then waited an additional 15 mins to receive the wrong order, cold fries, and cold chicken nuggets. To say the least this is the last time we’ll visit this particular McDonald’s and I hope you steer away from them as well. They need to do better.

I odered a snack wrap meal on the app and got to the drive thru. I waited for about 10 min with two cars in front of me and neither line was moving. I went inside instead. The whole crew was having a party in the kitchen you could see them joking around and unsanitary standards. There were other people in line and you could feel the tension in the room. The manager had to go back twice to get the crew calmed down. There was no one at the register and later one of the crew members that was fooling around came to help a customer with his order and she had no idea how to take an order and the customer was getting upset. So instead of all the partying in the kitchen, they really need to work on training. Absolutely the most awful fast food scenario I’ve walked into. The atmosphere was terrible and the service was worse than terrible. Management needs to get better with training and/or fire the ones that don’t work especially at a rush hour.

The black lady at the register was completely disrespectful, rude and dismissive. MULTIPLE times ive asked for help kindly and her response to my kindness was extreme disrespect MULTIPLE times. Today was enough, 1/30/2026 whoever she is she needs to change her attitude and stop responding to kindness with rudeness.
