Was there for dinner 2/27 and everything was great !!! I don’t usually write reviews bc I don’t feel like its worth it but I had to this time. Our server (melissa) was above and beyond!!! She was funny, knowledgeable and had no problem with modifications that we gave for our food. We had fun and ate good food in a good atmosphere, what else could we ask for!!! We will definitely be requesting melissa when we go back, which will be soon!!

Arrived to the restaurant and was sat near the bar. This was quickly realized to be an error on my part due to how loud and obnoxious that environment was for my party. The hostess without issue moved us to a quieter part of the restaurant. The waitress (Jacque) was not what you would expect from a customer facing individual. She clearly got confused on the ordering customization and then had attitude problems and literally huffed at one point. (Not sure how it’s confusing to leave off ketchup and mustard on the burger and put on Nashville hot sauce but for her it was). My husband requested his salad to go and I ordered a bowl of soup that she apparently also thought should be to go as that’s how it came out. When the food arrived she came over and was apologetic for earlier but at this point I was over her and told her to move along and stop talking to us. Then we ordered lava cakes to complete our 3 for me dining and they were rang in outside of the 3 for me offer thus charging us double for them. I realized this after the manager processed my gift cards and I had a balance due. Then the manager couldn’t figure out how to fix the issue as the ordered had already been completed (neither of us knew how that was the case considering the receipt brought back reflected a balance due) so he decided to just give me 3 $5 gift cards and off I went. In conclusion, the food was great but this service experience was not for all the above reasons.

Let’s start with tonight! Order strawberry lemonade the drink was very nasty! It tasted like the cups didn’t get washed I then proceeded to ask for a water , water then came with dirt floating around in the cup! The waitress took it back and bring out new one but it honestly look like they just dumped it out I honestly was already disgusted by the drink I didn’t wanna to eat my food! food then comes out and my friend that’s allergic to the cilantro in the rice finds over 10 pieces of small rice in her mash potatoes so I bet they use utensils for everything in their kitchen I was overly just disgusted with my whole experience they didn’t offer any substitutions and they very not welcoming !!!! I will never recommend chilis on ERIE BLVD to anyone please do not eat there you will have mold in your food and a stomach bug .

Chili’s Grill & Bar it was a pleasant experience. The food was flavorful and satisfying, with the baby back ribs being the highlight. There a ZERO ways to get on the waitlist before arriving. Not good!
Checkin was told there is a 40 to 45 min wait, mmmmmmmm we already drover 35 mins and was not about to get on the waitlist before arriving list online. Yeah put us on the waitlist!!!!! Only good thing so far was the wait was only about 23 mins to get seated.
Server could have been more attentive, checking in on the customer.
Food was good.

Don’t expect your beverages to be delivered.
I’d love for a manager to reach out and correct my orders. But this has not happened.

I have only been to this place once. I got a very good first impression from this place. The only surprise I got was that the food wasn’t as spicy as I was expecting it to be. It may have been what I ordered, which was a fajita plate, and would expect it to be a little more spicier then most dishes. If you don’t like spicy, and were apprehensive about ordering spicy at a restaurant, this may be a place for you. The serving size was big, which I liked and the service friendly. I generally don’t like to be surprised, but the atmosphere helped me change my mind about not knowing what to order.

I have been here to dine and done take-out. The food is always good but the wait for the take-out was shockingly longer than I expected. With inflation these days, Chili’s offers more reasonable potions than even Burger King or Taco Bell at comparable prices. I went for the Santa Fe Burger and it was great.

The guy working around 10:30PM 2/18 with the dreads shouldn’t be placed on pickup anymore. I walked in and he proceeded to not ask my name after I tried to get his attention, two other people walked in and he acknowledged them. Finally he acknowledges me and guess what? My order was already ready just sitting on the counter getting cold while the other worker is sitting on the phone. I love Chillis but wow oh and by the way they were all men and I was the only woman there I’m sure it’s just a coincidence right? lol
