I had tacobell delivered, ordered the nachos with no sour cream, extra cheese, extra beans. I am allergic to sour cream.. I tried calling for about 10 minutes to see if they would be willing to remake it, but no one would pick up, i called MULTIPLE times about half an hour before they closed and even tried again after a few minutes.

They charged me 7 dollars for that burrito, I didn’t bite that’s exactly how it came out.

It’s smaller than the tacos we got,never going back. Everytime we go they either mess up our order, forget something, or dumb stuff like this.

Absolutely terrible, they use to be good but there’s barely any meat, lettuce or cheese in any of the tacos. Spent $21 for what I should have just made at home and could have feed my whole family for two meals.

I’ve been to this taco bell at least a dozen times and it’s always the same issues. Not enough sauce, not enough meat, and the speaker constantly has issues in the drive-thru. The one off Ken Pratt in Longmont is way better on food quality.

The gentleman at the window tonight was an ideal customer facing, charismatic, personable employee ANY company should value, with phenomenal customer service. I didn’t catch his nametag, but the receipt said Anthony. He deserves a raise, or at least some quality recognition. Thank you for serving me tonight, sir. It was MY pleasure. We are far too often greeted with an arm out the window, as we approach, to grab your money. Then glass window sliding closed as the cashier give mumbled a the total. Without hesitation he humored my banter and conversation about the new Mtn Dew Midnight drink and the pie coming to the menu. With a smile, and not a “get out of my face” look deeply drawn in his eyes. He treated me like a guest, not a dollar bill. With too dead tired kids in the back, headed home from a school event, he put that smile on my face. By the way, sir, it tastes like darkness. Think of that next sip. Yup. Darkness. Lol. Well done TB. Well done Anthony. 5 stars is a short give. You didn’t allow me more. Definitely MY Taco Bell.

Door dash is not welcome..I waited 33 minutes for a dash order and was told that customers in drive thru and lobby come first. Lobby customers came in after me so that’s not right. Service people making food had NO urgency to them. Very slow and the customer service isn’t worthy. Saw other customers come back in from drive thru and had to get right food. Very badly managed. I dont recommend this Taco Bell to anyone that’s in a hurry.

My nephew ordered us dinner tonight and we decided to go for Taco Bell. We ordered online and picked it up because with door dash we only get half our order. This time we were being more cautious but we still ended up missing three items, didn’t realize this until we were home and already grubbing on our food. I found a hair in, not on, in my tostada, definitely stopped eating after that!! Also my Mountain Dew Baja Blast Gelato tasted like mold. We love Taco bell in this house and will find another location to order from after this incident. I included a photo but the hair is hard to see so I drew a circle around the spot.

I don’t know the point of online mobile ordering they will happily let you stare at your order on the shelf for 30 minutes so it’s cold. You can ask somebody to grab your order no one cares. General manager of this store sits in her office while 20-30 people sit there being ignored. It’s a shame cause the foods not bad for a Taco Bell. Look at your general manager they do nothing and care about nothing.
