They ALWAYS forget something everytime I order a big breakfast. Before it’s the hashbrown, next was the syrup, now it’s the pancake! I hope they always check before they give the order. It’s a hassle to come back just to get the complete order.

The service at this location IS POOR!!!! They do not pay attention to customer requests, which if customer is allergic to the request, it can cause great harm IF NOT BECOME FATAL!!!! MORE OFTEN THAN NOT they get orders wrong. Which i thought it was maybe just a coincidence the 1st, 2nd and 3rd time but NO. I have my thoughts on the reason this happens but I’ll keep it to myself. If someone doesn’t make their staff/crew tighten up and pay attention to the job and its duties, this location may one day find themselves with a lawsuit on their hands. To the pregnant manager working the drive thru. . .congratulations on your bundle of joy, its truly a blessing, but if your attitude is going to be that nasty at WORK, you should maybe take maternity leave. Do better!

Empty. Disgusting. Filthy . Rude . Workers are just horrible as far as there customers service skills the restaurant is Disgusting it’s cold everything was sticky.. they brought the food to the tables to who they felt like it there’s a reason I never come here and why i never will be coming back they should have closed this location a long time ago period ten workers and only the person mopping working.. not like asking for a manager helps there rude right along with the staff.. Soda machine out of order. Sort of ruins the whole “all you can drink” part of getting a soda at McDonald’s. Food came out quick but the whole experience wasn’t very friendly.

Just went through the drive thru of mcdonald’s and got a large coke with my food. When drinking my soda I noticed a bug in the ice of my soda. It was actually frozen in the ice cube. It wasn’t a little one either so whoever poured my ice should have seen it. I’m so disgusted I will not be going back to that location again.

Came here on a Thursday night at 830PM. They had two white vans parked outside. One blocking the driveway and no one inside the building.
I had already placed my order through the app which McDonalds ask you about every time you pull up. Just wanted to grab my son something real quick, but no one responded. Waited 10-15 minutes and cancelled my order.
It was nowhere near closing time and the app said they were open.

Good food and vibes.. this what i would say but man worst mcd experience i have a ever had in my entire life. I don’t know if they just hire anyone here but i had the most snobbiest worker take my order, very rude and felt rushed. I got a 40 peice chicken nugget but all the nuggets were covered in burnt remanence of something. The fries were literally dripping in grease and not one fry was crisp just floppy and soft.
I feel robbed and i will never go back here again.
