Every time we come here we wonder why we don’t eat here more often. The bread is fantastic, the calzones are great, they also have some healthy options like salads and you can get a Cinnabon for the sweet tooth.

As you can see from the photos, the cheese wasn’t melted on either pizza. We had to place them in the oven for another 5 minutes to have them cooked all the way. You can also see that no tomato or banana peppers were added to the one pizza as the receipt shows it should had been. There was only 1 person in there eating, so it’s not like you were too busy to do a basic job. Taste-wise… Well none of us had more than a couple slices as it wasn’t good at all. This is why I cook at home these days.

Order takers were efficient. It was fairly crowded. Took a big order to go, including 3 kids ham and cheese sandwiches. Got all the way back home to realize they were cheese sandwiches. Kids ended up not eating them. What a waste, but didn’t want to drive all the way back. We counted sandwiches to be sure we had them all, but didn’t think to open each one and check for accuracy.

That was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. Tons of roast beef and bacon. The bread was so fresh and delicious. Their house branded chips. They have $5 pizzas after 5pm that looked fantastic and makes me want to come back. There are a lot of places to choose to sit down and enjoy your meal. The parking here is a little bad. There’s not a ton of spaces and you might have to drive around the building depending on where you’re coming from. But the food and service definitely make up for it. I’d highly recommend this Schlotzsky’s

The woman working tonight, Sunday Feb 1, needs straight up fired. I had asked my door dasher if they could get something with nutritional info on it because I have several food allergies. When the dasher got here, the were in tears and explained that the woman they’d dealt with was awful to them. So I call to both ask what happened before I gave them a bad review, and the same woman cut me off mid sentence when i brought up the delivery driver. She then started raising her voice and talking over me. I tried to get her to stop trying to explain the main reason I even called is for proper direction on nutrition. Then she hung up on me. Didn’t yell. Don’t curse. This chick straight up hung up on me! Now did I try to call back many times to just be like hey ALPHA GAL allergy! Make sure their stuff was safe for me. I thought the door dasher was being dramatic. But no. This is gross behavior.

Ordered food for work. They forgot our soup so we had to go back. And then we realized that they forgot all of our condiments. I’m not going back a third time. I’ll just never go there again. Then the lady argued that we didn’t ask for condiments when I called to complain… yes we did. Lol

Stopped there today 11/3 The sandwiches were good. It took forever over 20 mins to get the order after it was placed. Then I got home and discovered there was no bacon on my turkey bacon sandwich. A few mess ups on their end. However the sandwiches where good.

Legit one of the worst experiences I have ever seen from any place ever. 4 people working and only one person has a clue what’s going on. Let’s start with the two counter people. They complained about th day crew not making soup and instead of actually helping anyone they just told everyone a list of what they didn’t have. The person making sandwhiches probably needs to find a new line of work. Food was piling up on the roller and he legit had no clue what goes were. I’m not even sure if it’s all the managers fault but it’s clear no one had a clue what’s going on. I legit have been to hundreds of restaurants and never seen people treated this poorly. If I could go to half a star I would. Do not unless you lose a bet ever go here
