Never had a bad chicken soft taco from them! Employees are pleasant. The few times I’ve ordered fries they’ve been decent, but honestly, I don’t go here for fries, I go here for soft tacos and low prices.

Ever since they installed the machines to take orders, customers seem to be ignored until their name is called. If you have trouble with the machine, good luck finding someone to help. When I need to order for the family, it’s a hassle. I love Del Taco and the food, but the inside service during dinner just isn’t the same anymore. I’ll probably stick to the drive-thru from now on

It’s a good location, clean and orderly. The drive thru does this weird serpentine thing for some reason, which might make it hard for large vehicles to maneuver. Order accuracy could be improved, and my burrito was rolled slightly sloppy. Plus the fries did not have enough salt on them, which is a hassle when you’re getting back on the freeway. But still, it’s Del Taco. You get what you get.

Jose at this location in Corona is awesome, and, crazy as it sounds, provided service that made it so much more than a typical fast food experience. There was one small mistake with one item in our order and they quickly and happily made it right. 5/5 in every way.

The sever taking our order kept on repeating a single item of nachos & Queso making sure, which we kept saying “YES” & repeated the whole order, paid & 2 drinks, only gave 1 said ordered 2, had to pay for again, gave us 3 bags of food & said it’s all in there, replying “YOU SURE BRO” YES FOR SURE GOT YOU, Back on the freeway & No bean & cheese burrito or fries. We Believed his word, totally our fault for not checking the bags.

DO NOT TRUST BOGO DEALS! I used one for a burrito and noticed on the reciept that it’s not the price that is shown on the app. They barely knock off anything. I’m never using a bogo deal with them ever again. You barely save anything and they’re just tricking you. On top of that the food has been barely warm and they skimp on portions a lot! Fries aren’t even that crispy anymore. Overpriced for lukewarm and small portions.

This particular Del Taco is great. When I’m in a pinch and pressed for time (need a quick bite), I stop in here. The food is fresh and the beans taste like….. beans. Real beans. Not a Taco Bel style soupy chemical.

What ever you do, don’t use the Del Taco app!! it takes your money and doesn’t send the order. There’s no 1 800 to call to get a refund.
The manager here was very nice and helpful. He made the situation right. The food was very good. Will come back soon, but will only use cash.
