Really cool stop off the beaten path. There are lots of menu options including the burger of the month. I got a cheeseburger a chili cheese dog and fries. They use a very strong flavored onion that hits the spot. They have absolutely nailed the pickle mustard ratio on the burger. The dog they use is great flavored and great casing texture. Not snappy but like a ballpark frank, cooked perfectly. The fun vibe got us in the door the food will keep us coming back.

My family has been coming to Gus’s since he opened his doors. Gus’s is on our weekly dinner rotation. We have so many favorites its hard to spotlight just one item. Our go-to’s are Friday Fish Fry, Broasted Chicken, Gyro, Heavy Chevy and the crispy chicken sandwich. ( which you must try and add cheese, bacon and pickles, the picture speaks for itself! The chicken is bigger than the bun! )
The staff is welcoming, efficient and always working hard to make our visit the best it can be. What other restaurant can you go to where the owners cook the food, take your orders, clean tables and go above and beyond right along side their staff??!! This is the type of place that will forever have my business. Family owned, and you can feel their passion for their customers everytime you walk in the door!

My husband had the Ford burger w/ onion rings – he stated it was one of the best burgers he has ever eaten. The onion rings were great. They are a nice fresh onion slice with crispy batter.
I had the Greek Lightening, which is a burger with Gyro meat and toppings. It was delicious! I also had their coleslaw which was in a wonderful creamy sauce. All was delicious.
My daughter had the fish sandwich and french fries. She said her fish sandwich was great and she would get it again. Was initially very hot and burned her mouth and fingers just a little bit, so be aware of this when getting this sandwich. French fries were the thick wavy fries, which were great.
To drink we had a chocolate milkshake, a strawberry shake, and a Sprecher rootbeer. Fresh strawberries, yum. I do wish the strawberry shake had a touch more strawberries though.
Definitely a place we will go to again.
The vibe of the place is great! A giant Gus, Elvis in the corner, 50s diner vibe! Loved everything about it!

I got the haystack burger and it was so good I got it again the next day. Their ice cream and milkshakes are made with custard which makes them the perfect consistency for drinking. Great restaurant. Fantastic atmosphere. Friendly service. Motorcycle friendly!

Classic 50’s drive in – almost all summer there will be classic and collector cars at this spot. 50’s music playing and the food has been top notch every time I’ve been there. Gets busy on some weekends but that means more cars to see.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch while in the area. 12 minutes from camp site. The burgers and cheese fries were excellent. The service was great too!! You have to try the frozen custard!! AAA+

The new Jam burger has to be one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in many years. Gus and his staff are always friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. I try to make Gus’s Drive in a stop whenever I’m able to. Thank you to Gus and everyone working very hard to make my family and my experience fantastic.
