The torta is worth the hour drive! I’m sure all of the food is amazing but I’ll probably get the torta every time! It has the perfect balance of meat to bean ratio and the meat is always super flavorful and tender. Their green salsa is with it too. They also have quesadillas for the kids which is convenient for the picky eaters! The company is run by a great family, they are always friendly and easy to talk to and have a passion for the food they serve. I just wish they would bring the food truck to Bosque County so I could eat there more often. Until then, definitely worth the drive! Don’t miss out on this place! Highly recommend it if you love authentic Mexican food!
