Food – sandwiches were tasty, the bacon was above par, but the patties were store-bought. I expected them to be handmade. The charbroiled flavor was great. Fries were crisp and dry.
Service – basic, to the point and satisfactory. No complaints.
Atmosphere – the place was relatively clean, definitely dated. The aviation memorabilia made it interesting.

Airways used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I have not been here for about 5 years until the other day. I was so disappointed. Burgers were NOT the same. The quality was completely different. The fat content was so high the meat was light in color as can be. I’ve been coming to Airways for many years as I used to live nearby and I was so disappointed that they did not taste the same. The prices are still good though. I would rather them raise the prices a little to bring back the old quality.

I ordered a BBQ Burger and Fried Mushrooms. The burger comes with chopped beef with no vegetables. It was good. The fried mushrooms tasted good, but the batter seemed dark. Not sure if it was overdone.

The Turkey and Swiss sandwich was probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. It cost me $23 for a Burger, a sandwich, 3 sides and two large drinks. Can not beat that price anywhere.

I was very disappointed in the food, my husband and I use to come here years ago and the quality has gone down. You can tell the patties were frozen, there was nothing special about them. I ordered fried mushroom and fried pickles and the mushrooms were still cold in the center. The fried pickles were probably the best part of the whole meal. I will not be eating here again.

Came here for the first time and i’m surprised it wasn’t busy! This place is located almost across from the AT&T stadium and has nice old “antique” vibes and a lot of old pictures of planes/flights and even propellers, tarps, from planes! The burger was very good, it has 1000 island and surprisingly was very good, and the fries were crispy, all for an affordable price! David was helpful and made good conversation. I can see myself coming back to this spot again.

Dropped in for a quick turnaround back to houston, found this gem!! Old fashion cheeseburger, fries and real Coke!!! In and out in less then 10 mins!! Man this burger was so fire! A juicy patty is so hard to find like it’s hurtful lol flavor was nothing out of the ordinary except for it was everything I thought a Kincaid burger would be. A straight up well made classic cheeseburger and for less than $7 this bad boy didn’t make it 2mins down the road. I was annoyed it was my first time trying Airways I could’ve saved myself from so much disappointment in the past. Definitely a local gem everyone should stop by plus they have a drive thru ! Prices and quality alone A1 going again today will report back on consistency.

Prior to going at red reviews and it seemed like a place that I would like to try. I go to the counter. I ordered fries and a Swiss burger got my stuff drove to my hotel after an hour and a half flight only to get a bacon cheese Burger not even lettuce tomato or any condiments. I called them up and they want me to drive over there right now bring the burger back and they’ll make me a fresh one and that would take me at least 30 minutes to and from dead silence from the young lady that answered the phone at the burger place I would’ve done is if you’re in the area tomorrow bring your receipt and will replace it . No offer made never again I added my own mustard at least . I was craving a Swiss mushroom burger.
