9 times out of 10 this location does something is wrong. It’s frustrating because it’s the closest one to us so it’s the most convenient. I got a hot n spicy and my bottom bun was hard as a rock. I got a CHEESEburger with extra onion but received no cheese or onion. Used points to get a large frie and they were completely raw. They weren’t even busy. There was 1 car behind us and 1 in front so I can’t even say i understood because they were having a rush.

The people here clearly hate their jobs, if that’s the case literally find a new one, you do not have to take your dissatisfaction of your life and job out on others, also the food was stale. They were pretty rude for there literally being no line and they loudly complained in the back when asked for things

I went to pick up a door dash order and told the very nice young lady Maria Jose I was picking up a door dash order but wanted to also make an order. She said that was fine but that it was her 3rd day and asked for help on my order. The manager Lynn came to help and walked away. I reminded Maria Jose I was picking up a door dash order and she said it would be right up. The manager Lynn then came up gave me the order and started telling me I needed to tell them 1st before I order my food that I was picking up an order. I apologize and said I did tell her that and she got loud with me and told me because they are graded on how long it takes to make the food. I kept apologizing but she kept yelling at me. Lynn needs to learn how to treat customers and her coworkers, while there I heard her telling other younger people working there that she was being nice to them today. As an older woman she ought to know better and should be ashamed of herself treating younger kids this way and as their manager she should be setting an example and not being mean to her staff, door dashers or customers. I also told her this was my first day and she continued to be rude and yell. I hope someone can talk to her about her attitude because it really stinks.

Bought a 20-piece and got home to realize my box didn’t have the Monopoly sticker on it. Wouldn’t think it would be hard to grab a box that had one on it. Also had to ask for the drink one, due to them not putting them on the cups this time. Food was alright. It just sucks the only reason I went to McDonald’s was for the Monopoly game. At least I got two out of three stickers.

They say they open at 5am, I arrived a few minutes after 5 and the lights are all on. But I sat at the drive-thru and waited for more than a minute before leaving because there is not anyone taking your order. Happened multiple times, and just not worth the effort to go back. Pretty disappointing.

9/11/2025 approximately 11:00pm – Extremely disappointed with my most recent experience at this McDonalds on 104th Ave and Federal Blvd. Note to all that read this, this McDonalds location drive through closes at midnight seven days a week. They have signs on their windows that state this and I’ve gone to this location between the hours of 11pm-12am in the past as well.
Went through the drive through and I ordered two double cheeseburgers no pickles, add Mac sauce, a fish fillet, and a large coke. Went to the windows and paid and I waited for about 10 minutes with another car behind me before I received my orde.
When I finally got my food and unwrapped the my double cheese burgers they completely messed up my order, and I’m assuming on purpose or they were all really high. I opened up my cheeseburgers to find the patties were burnt to a crisp, they put tartar sauce on them instead of Mac sauce, loaded it with onions, left out the ketchup and mustard, no cheese on them, and they gave me two bottom buns for all of it.
What I’m really upset about though is they gave me a fish fillet that was cold in the middle. That goes beyond messing with someone order, that can be really dangerous and get someone really sick.
Lastly, to add insult to injury the manager that gave me my food and drink did not give me a straw for my drink. I alway check for a straw before I leave and when I noticed it wasn’t there I tried to get her attention by honking my horn. She didn’t come back right away but when she did and I told her I needed a straw she told me that McDonalds changed their lids so I didn’t need a straw. I let her know that I preferred one and then she gave it to me.
I am extremely disappointed. I just through it in the trash, I through everything in the trash. I was just getting off work before I went home and wanted something to eat. I will not be giving them my business anymore. I am absolutely disgusted specifically by the raw fish fillet.

The people at this location are insanely disrespectful, it’s obvious with their attitudes this is the only job they could get, at least the food is okay sometimes. You’d think they’re just slammed and in a rush with everything but usually they’re almost empty, so it’s obvious it’s just their attitudes as people
