I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts today (Store #353289, 7901 SR 50, Groveland, FL) around 12:55 PM, and the experience was terrible. I ordered a dozen donuts (6 glazed, 3 strawberry frosted with sprinkles, and 3 vanilla frosted with sprinkles) through the drive-thru. When I checked the box, most of the donuts looked squished or poked, and none of the frosted ones had sprinkles, which should have been mentioned when ordering.
I spoke with the manager, Jalen, who said, “that’s how the batch came out,” which was clearly not true. When I asked for a replacement, he said there weren’t any, so I requested a refund — which he gave me — but he didn’t show any empathy or concern for how the food looked.
After leaving, I called back to speak with someone higher up. A worker named Briana answered. When I explained the situation, she argued with me and then hung up. I called back, and after I could hear the manager telling her to apologize, she finally got on the phone after several minutes and said, “my bad, ma’am.” That’s not an apology — that’s attitude.
The service at this Dunkin’ is completely unprofessional, and based on other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-time issue. Dunkin’ should really look into how this location is being managed. I won’t be returning here again.

This is by far the best Dunkin I’ve been to! I ordered donuts this morning for work and look how amazing they look! Coffee orders always turn out perfect and I’m insanely picky. Great job Groveland team!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. However every time we order food to go there is an issue. Recently it’s been asking for a toasted bagel only to get home to a cold untoasted or barely toasted bagel. It’s frustrating and even though we’ve brought it up 5-7 times this year alone it still keeps happening. What’s the point of ordering food just to have to stop somewhere else or go home and cook anyway. Please rectify this issue as it’s been an ongoing incident.

They made me the incorrect drinks, gave me an iced coffee when I asked for a hot. No big deal they fixed it but I also told them that I asked for a splash of cream and it to be very little because the iced coffee was very light tan. I let her know it was supposed to be it and a splash of cream. She handed me a hot coffee the same exact color. I told her this looks the same. She said the French vinalla flavored coffee was colored that way. I’m not sure how black coffee doesn’t come out black? Won’t go back to this one. I have never had this issue at any other Dunkin.

Black female in drive through was very aggressive. She heard my food order wrong and that’s ok however when I got to the window to let her know she banged her fist on the counter and started getting aggressive verbally and clearly physically. Legit had my kids in the vehicle and had to explain to them we don’t behave like that. I work in customer service and this behavior is unacceptable. No ownership on her part of screwing up my order. I had to keep checking in with her and asking what are you doing? Why do you need my card again? The Team lead or manager came over to assist her because she did not know what she was doing and he hit some numbers on the screen and didn’t say a word to me or her on her disturbing actions towards me. What happened to talking accountability for your actions (your employee screwing up my order) and owning the situation?? Food ended up being hard and coffee not made correctly. I suggest avoiding this place before she gets aggressive again and possibly puts her hands on you!

Edit— She is fired. Business runs much more smoothly.

I saw the black girl that’s always on the drive thru microphone adjust her dirty hat, turn her microphone on & off, eat donuts while waiting for orders & then grab donuts with those same gloves still on to give to customers instead of using the parchment paper to grab it. Was able to see all that because they are so frickin slow. They need a new fluidity system.

Very disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff seemed unbothered and not interested in helping customers. My order took much longer than expected, and when I asked about it, I was met with attitude instead of assistance.
The coffee was not what we asked for, cups were ope and we were be up dropping it in the passenger seat, worst experience ever. The drive through server does not know what he is doing. I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but this location definitely needs better customer service training. And No one picks up the phone.

The only pleasant thing about this visit was the nice lady who took my order Yami. Everyone else looks past you when you need something. My latte was 1/4 empty. Just all around everyone looked so unhappy to be here. The spider donut was cute.

Employees are extremely rude. When an item is discontinued at their store they act like the customer should already know that information. Would recommend buying from the race trac down the road
